The prices are fine and they have a pretty good selection. The guy with the matter of fact attitude really makes this place pop.

I had a terrible experience with an extremely rude owner. He was hostile towards me after showing 3 forms of I.D. and refused to serve me or my friend because he «couldn’t see the hologram».
When I told him he was being ridiculous and that he should indeed follow through on his threat to call the cops, he responded with, «I don’t have to serve you… I can not sell to you just because I don’t like the way you look.» Along with other ramblings of a depressed loser.

Pretty average prices for the area, but good selection. They have quite a few regional craft beers. At the time of this writing you could also buy a single bottle of Bell’s ‘Winter White Ale’ which aint half bad. I also like the man with the matter of fact attitude.

This liquor store has a nice selection of beerz (thanks for the ‘z,’ Fantazmo) and a decent wine selection. The prices are not so low — about $ 8 for a six-​pack of Goose Island Honker’s Ale and $ 14 for Toad Hollow Chardonnay, but I bought ‘em anyway and I’ll probably be back for last-​minute purchases since it’s not far from my house.
