After my second «Dell from Hell» stopped working, I was looking for a place to try and «fix» the beast. Long story short, I stumbled upon this place and gave them a try. I had been considering purchasing a new laptop, given the low prices these days, but they made it worth my while to fix the beast. I had one little glitch afterwards (which ended up being user error — me), and they fixed it for me. Very reasonable, great service and friendly people!

Jim and his son are GREAT people. They have helped my daughter and myself out MANY times at LOW prices for repairs. They are quick, speedy, but efficient. Most of all, you can’t find a greater place to go – they are very kind and aware when finances are tight. They have come up with more solutions to our computer problems than anywhere else we’ve been.
And, yes, the place is like a museum but lots more fun!

This review has been a long time coming… this place is awesome.
Although it’s called software reruns, they handle nearly everything computer related from sales to repairs to advice. The staff and owner are very knowledgable while willing to give you a fair and decent price.
This place has to be the best kept secret in naperville for computer anything. Screw Geek Squad or the pencil neck clerk at radio shack… this is the place for computer help and advice.
However, one of the bigest attractions… this place is a mueseum! It’s like a holy shrine to computer technology. They’ve got printers, gear, software, games going back all the way to the early 80’s. It’s fun to look around the store and see how far we’ve come.
They’ll also buy your old stuff too. If it’s old you can find it here… great for finding anything obscure or just cheap computer components.
