It’s been 3 years since Reliable Home Improvement added a second floor bedroom and walkway to our home… took me a while to write this review, but also confirms to date, no issues. They designed a second floor bedroom without creating a closed in feeling on the first floor. Tony took time to discuss the 3d drawings really let us know what to expect. It was reassuring that a Architect was involved and it showed in the details. Mike was great as the project manager. We were worried about Safety in the construction area, but it was soon clear that they would do things right and that would not be an issue. In fact, they took the time to walk my 3 year old around the project to explain what they were doing and satisfy his curiosity. They also fixed some siding in another area of the house and that’s been great as well. I would definitely trust them with our building projects in the future.

We have all heard the horror stories about having a kitchen remodeled. They range from taking way too long to going way over budget. You will NOT have that situation with RELIABLE! Like the name they are RELIABLE. Tony gave me the estimate and my wife and I thought about it and went with them. Not only is our new kitchen the envy of the neighborhood, Reliable did the job ON TIME and the cost never changed one single dime. They may be a little more, but they do it right the first time and on time and on budget.
