While I’m not happy my vehicle was towed, I am pleased that I was able to call after hours and get my car, instead of waiting a full day or even entire weekend. Receptionist was friendly, but what put most of the stars on this review was the fact that when we told the gentleman opening the gate for us that our car needed a jump, he could’ve just said «have fun with that» however, instead he let us use a jump pack, and we were able to start our car without hooking it up to another vehicle. That was above and beyond. Good job guys! Still not happy we were towed tho lol

I’ve used this towing service three times now and will continue to use them. The drivers are always friendly and professional to deal with which is a nice change of pace when it come to these kinds of drivers. When the drivers arrive they always do a great job being careful hooking your car so damage occurs. Definitely do not use Bloomingdale towing service and use these guys.

This is the worst company ever to deal with !!! If I am ever stranded in Naperville I would rather push the car a thousand miles rather then to use these rip of artist!!!
