Lopez Tree Service

I have contacted the owner by email several times asking them to please come out and clean up the mess their trucks left on our driveway and street. They said they would and it has been a month but nobody has shown up yet!

On time, incredible fair rate, and they did a great job cleaning up. Took out 5 trees with stump grinding, most of which were over 40 feet or higher in less than a day. My neighbor and myself couldn’t be happier. Very legit crew.

They sent a guy out two weeks later to pickup all the debris and patch the ruts.

They came out for an estimate same day, and then came out to do the job right away.
The workers were courteous and professional, and after hauling the branches away, they even cleaned up the yard with rakes and leaf blowers. It looks great! Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for landscaping services.

Tried for over three weeks, three phone calls and an email to try to get an estimate. Just got the runaround every time. Maybe they’re busy but if they’re too busy to provide an estimate in a timely fashion they should let their potential customers know.
Update:
A few days after I wrote my review and on Labor Day I got a call finally saying they were in the area and could give me a quote. I didn’t bother as I committed with someone else.

We were recommended Lopez by our neighbour a few years back. For some reason the name stuck with me, and we finally called them this week. Mr Lopez himself came out the following day, quickly walked the property and gave me a good quote on 5 fellings and 5 prunings. I accepted, and they came out the same week. They arrived around 3 pm and left around 8 pm. There was some misunderstanding between the crew, but when that was pointed out, they were back out to correct it the same evening.
My only comment would be that it would have been nice if he gave a call ahead of time to say they were on their way, instead I saw a truck pull up on my lawn and several others on the road around my house. But since I had said I was flexible with the hours, it was not the end of the world. They did an excellent job cleaning up as well. All in all, I will be calling them first again, should we ever need any more trees pruned or felled.
On a side note, they do accept credit cards with a 3% surcharge.

Lopez tree service is the best! We had a rotted tree that fell during a wind storm. My husband cut up the tree but we had no one to clean up the brush/​remains or grind out the stump. After calling several tree services and landscaping companies, Lopez tree service is the only company that responded to our call. They came out and gave us a very fair estimate to hall the brush away and grind out the stump. We are so grateful to them because most tree services and landscapers didn’t want to be bothered with a tree that was already down. And we couldn’t have rented a chipper and stump grinder for the low price they gave us. We will be recommending them to neighbors, friends and family!

They cut down a tree hanging over my house 4 yrs ago. Great Job!
Today a junk who knows what tree in back corner of lot. 50′+ tall over power lines, neighbors homes/​property + 3 branches off another tree in front. Cleaned up, hauled away, stump ground. They all worked very hard. done in less the 5 hrs.
Good equipment, Good men= Great Job!
They also got more work from my neighbors. Guess that says something.
I will have them back next year.
