Dr. Ricks does a fantastic job with root canals (I’ve had several). She is extremely thorough and makes every effort to minimize patient discomfort.

Dr. Ricks was able fit me I’m for an emergency root canal. I have terrible anxiety and was so nervous. Her whole team was very friendly. As soon as I got in the dreaded chair, her assistant made me feel at ease. Dr. Ricks was so awesome, I didn’t feel a thing. I could have slept through the procedure. Her bedside manner is awesome. I’ve had other root canals and extensive dental work and she’s she best. I’ll never go anywhere else for root canals.

We chose Dr. Ricks after an exhausting search for someone who will do sedation for a very sensitive patient with some humongos anxiety issues.
Dr Ricks did 4 root canals with Nitrous. My sweet mother in law was so pleased that this dentist was so very gentle, and understanding, and was able to fit her in on short notice after a very long flight to get to the Chicagoland area.
Dr Ricks assistant is so kind and sweet, would make an awesome private caregiver.
We are absolutely pleased with the outcome.

The whole process at Dr. Ricks office was excellent! Everyone on staff was exceptionally helpful and caring. They continued to ask if I had any questions and to make sure that I was comfortable with everything that was going on. After I had my procedure done, the staff called a few days later to see how I was doing. In my opinion this office really goes above and beyone for customer/​patient care.
