A call from this attorney has reminded me that I never reviewed Phil Nathe.
See, I’d left him a message just before the weekend asking if he could refer to me to an attorney specializing in a certain area. He called me first thing this Monday morning. He himself. Not his office staff. He called. There it is. Personal, efficient and on it!
We’ve used him twice, much to my surprise. I mean… he’s a CRIMINAL attorney. What nice, suburban family has need of a criminal attorney? Um… well we did. Twice. And maybe you will too. And if you don’t, you’ll know someone who does because we’ve passed his name on several times since.
On one occasion someone was on the side of the truth, justice and the American way. …but it was a thorny issue that could have gone badly. Mr. Nathe saw us through and with complete success.
On another occasion, someone was guilty as sin. (btw…in case you’re in the market for one, the Ford Flex can travel comfortably at speeds exceeding 120 mph. Phil’s number is right there above ^^) He was able to see us through that as well with as much success as anyone could hope for though the Criminal Child certainly didn’t deserve it. His fee was affordably brutal for a working teen. Mr. Nathe walked us through numerous court dates, negotiated the fine, and managed to retain the C.C.‘s license. …not that she needed it anymore. Generally… It’s a scary thing when you need to hire a defense. How do you know an attorney REALLY knows what he/she’s doing? We’re talking about a fair bit of money you’re going to have to spend and your freedom may very much be on the line. We all read the news and are disgusted by the unfair treatment the «Haves» and the «Have-​nots» can at times receive from our justice system, right? Funny how that righteous disgust changes when the Law has us in its clutches. Suddenly we’re all, «Oh please, please, PLEAAASSSE let me have an attorney who has experience and can work the system and who knows people and who has relationships he can draw on!!»
Phil Nathe is your man. You will leave his office confident that you’re in the best hands possible. He’s very clear about the skills he brings to the table, the process and his goals. Whether you’re wrongfully accused or guilty as all get-​out he will handle your case respectfully, professionally and as efficiently as possible.

Can’t believe I never reviewed Phil Nathe. Hands down, 5 stars! He defended me when I was ¹⁷⁄₁₈ for a reckless driving ticket (I know I know, I’m an idiot), which took a year to fight for various reasons. Phil’s work was superb– always punctual, always clear on what he was doing for me, very knowledgeable (like the other review says, he has worked in the law field in some position for many many years, as court clerk, prosecutor, defense attorney, etc.), and he will always push for the best results for you. Because of him, I never lost my license when I really should have. He may seem a little pricey, but he is worth every penny. He has defended other members of my family before and has always been consistent in quality. I recommend him to everyone. GO PHIL!

He’s the best. He’s smooth, smart, knows how to work the system inside and out, and most importantly: tenacious. He and his team fought hard for me, for years, and would not settle for anything less than the best deal possible. He has tons of experience, he’s been working in the legal arena since he was a teenager. Also, his paralegal, she is really nice and meticulously thorough.
The courtroom clerk even commented candidly on the side to me, once, that he seemed to her to be a remarkably good attorney. She see’s a lot of lawyers, and that opinion seems valuable to me, it reaffirmed my own impression that he is the best.

I wouldn’t recommend someone who takes an oath as an attorney and in marriage and stalks women and asks them inappropriate sexual questions. Anyone who behaves in this manor shouldn’t be representing anyone in the eyes of the law.
