I have been going to Dr Knotek since moving here 18 yrs ago. He amazed me with his thoroughness, professionalism, friendliness and true concern for my well being. He has gone out of his way to help my daughter who had a very nasty eye infection and had moved out of state. Trusting soneone with your eye health is a big thing. I highly reccomend him and the other Drs. who have joined his practice. They hace a large selection of classes to choose from, and will correct the fitn or whatever without a problem.

Ok, I didn’t actual see Dr Knotek… (Insert joke about being blind here)
But really I saw Dr. Bjorseth. No, I’m not blind just making a funny.
Dr. Bjorseth was AWESOME!!! She is amazing at what she does. She finds a way to place her knowledge into normal conversation so you leave there feeling like you just talked with your friend.
She took the time to talk with me about every concern that I might have. I will never stray from her as my eye doctor, no matter what.
Another thing I loves is because I am diabetic I need to have my eyes dilated (which I HATE, it always gives me a migraine.) Not at this office I don’t! They have this cool machine that flashes a bright light in your eye for like a fraction of a second causing your eye to dilate on it’s own. Then they take pictures that make the inside of your eye look like a great SCFI movie.
Ok, the reason only 4 stars though is that it took three people to help me get the glasses I wanted. I wanted Transition with Polarized which is possible, but it’s another kind of Transition called like Transition Pro/​Elite/​Advanced… can’t remember.
But besides all that confusion I loved everything about this office.

Can’t recommend,
They accepted my insurance, so I gave them a shot.
Small office, but good frame selection.
People seemed nice enough.
Dr. Knotek seeems like he’s semi-​retired.
Prices are crazy high. I’m guessing that’s how they take the insurance.
They made a mistake filling my script. After lots of talking and more than one visit I got a correction, but they continued to charge me for the mistake even after they’d been reimbursed too much by the insurance company. I ended up getting a second «free» pair of lenses popped into old frames I had which clearly cost them nothing.
The person who handles the billing is a nightmare. Nasty attitude combined with incompetency. Others are nice, but the place is a bit unglued.
They get 2 stars for having a good selection of frames, but I won’t be back.
