In thirty years of using IT services, we have not worked with a service that is as user friendly and responsive as iEple. Our most recent hardware/software crisis occurred late on a Sunday evening. iEple was there within the hour and staff worked throughout the night to restore the failing system and have us up and running by daybreak. With iEple, each issue is tracked with a ‘ticket’ that results in an email summarizing the exact nature of the problem and the ‘quick-fix’ solution as well as plans or proposals for longer term management and prevention of the problems. It is reassuring to be able to file these emails into folders that create a great log book for current and future reference. Other IT services promise this type of documentation and communication, but iEple has been the first to consistently provide it. And the fees? Thirty percent less than we often paid in the past. iEple is a hard deal to beat.
