Anney was SO HELPFUL to my wife and me on Tuesday night. She went out of her way to help my wife, who is a teacher, and her friendly and helpful demeanor really left us with a smile on our face. Will definitely do business here again.

I hate this location. The employees are rude. I only need to order from them once a year or so, which means my memory kind of fades about how miserable these people are, until I have to get another poster or banner. Every single time I order or pick something up, their MO is to treat customers like an annoyance. Thanks to their online system, I do all of the print design myself. That means the only interaction I have with them is as a cashier, and they’re still awful. As a matter of fact, I paid for this recent project online, which means the ONLY thing this person had to do was bend down, pick up my poster and hand it to me… and he was still a jerk. (Tried telling me my order wasn’t there and I was out of luck.) So literally, this guy had ONE JOB TO DO and he failed.
The poster that I ordered had a sticky line down the center as if a piece of tape had previously been there, and it’s bent. Not in perfect, brand-​new condition.
I hate this place!

Shipping and copying is what they do. It should not be that hard, or so you think. I went to ship a package and my wife was making copys. Wile my wife was making some copys the machine broke so we looked for an employee for about 3 min before the girl came to help us (no one else in the store). She said she would make copys but was not sure how to do it. After about 20 extra min my wife was done. The only reason I gave 3 stars instead of 2 is because the girl who worked there gave my wife a credit for the inconvenience. I may give this location one more try.
