Dunkin’ Donuts & Baskin-Robbins

This used to be our go to Dunkin (I live down the street), but since they remodeled and moved to the new location, it’s just not the same.
First of, the design of the drive through is a NIGHTMARE!!! I don’t think they considered how much busier they would get once they incorporated that. The drive through holds maybe 2 cars (where you order) the rest of the cars wrap around the building in various directions. Meanwhile you have all these cars sitting and waiting for the drive through while others are trying to park, get out of the parking spot and pedestrians going every which direction.
If you go inside (during peak times) be prepared for the line to go out the door. The whole area and space seems so much smaller then it used to be.
Coffee, I don’t know if they have new staff or not, but they used to be on point, now, not so much. My boyfriend and I order pumpkin hot coffees with cream only. We tend to get hot coffee with cream. I hope they are able to find their groove again. In the meantime, do yourself a favor and go to the Dunkin on Naperville/​Plainfield. They will fill your void.

We were picking up an ice cream cake but it was slightly melted but not fully. They gave us free ice cream and phenomenal bagels. The cake was melted because their freezer wasn’t working properly. They also gave us the cake half price. I would have gave them 5 stars but the cake was a bit melted.

I do NOT recommend coming here unless you enjoy drinking coffee-​flavored water or really diluted coffee…

At times my sweet tooth grows so much that I barely can look beyond ice creams, sweets or such sorts… one of such times made me visit BR this time …
Am a huge fan of Chocolate/​coffee based ice creams… if there was a war between Choc. Vs Coffee. I’d not take anyone’s side … wat can u choose between ur right or left eye … it’s the glory for Ice Cream on this day … ;)
This is a small store that has the general array of ice cream choices that BR holds… Choc fantasy in Cone is BLISS…

You woulda thought they were given the donuts away, the line was so long. However, things moved quickly and I got my coffee and donut with a free smile!
I wish you could purchase 3 or 4 munchkins — that would solve the chocolate v. plain v. jelly filled dilemma. I“m not buying a whole big box for me!

Fast and friendly service, but there is not a drive-​thru. I had some time to spare before work, so I didn’t mind walking in.
$ 5 for a satisfying breakfast of a large vanilla chai and sesame bagel with cream cheese. This is probably more filling than my lunch will be!

Always clean, friendly service, a little busy in the morning, which I would expect. Hey its Dunkin Donuts!
