Consistency… 5th time I’ve came here and got rice that is not cooked. I expect crunch from the veggies but not rice. Seriously, I understand this place gets busy, but TASTETESTYOURFOOD before serving! Aside from that, the service is quick and the severs are nice.

Closest location to my home. Have given them endless chances and rec’d numerous free meals, but enough is enough. Recd raw chicken AGAIN. The very night they closed all US locations for 4 hours to re-train them on the dangers of ecoli. Place is empty and they still hand out raw chicken. Never again.

Treated poorly by a young, in her late teens or early 20’s, order taker-taco warmer girl. She assumed i want same meat on 3 tacos and blamed it on me when i told her otherwise. Nagged me like i was a child, the nerve! Definitely no customer service training, no no with that kind of attitude, it’s one thing to tell your customer to «next time say it really fast so i don’t mess up your order» but it’s pushing it and being just plain rude when you start banging the taco warmer! Cashier rectified the situation and our disappointment by not making us pay for our orders-4 tacos total. Nice gesture by her, terrible experience nonetheless, never going back.

I come to this chipotle all the time, I came in last time before they opened, and when I say before they opened I mean literally 3 minutes before, the staff was just sitting around staring at me while I tried to open both doors to get in. You would think that they would open the door for someone waiting outside trying to get in. Ill never go to this chipotle again. «Trying to lose customers» must be chiptoles new slogan. Its working for them.

I need consistency from this place! I think I have eaten here a hundred times for the most part everything is good but once in a while things just are not right. Today I think whoever made the quac doubled the salt it was unbearable to the point I had to toss the rest. I like the concept the food is fresh not using any gmos and antibiotics is important. There are not many chains that do due to cost etc. I will continue to eat hear but need them to be more consistent when preparing the food!

Chipotle is usually a win for me no matter which restaurant I’m at, but my experience at this location was less than stellar. What a chaotic mess! I stopped in with my mom and grandma to pick up some lunch to go. There was about four people in line ahead of us, but we actually showed up just in time because about a minute later the line was flowing out the door. The employees working the assembly line were frantic and sloppy. Sure, it was busy, but the way they were flinging food was ridiculous. I felt bad for the woman in front of me who had questions about the kids meal options. They were not explaining things well at all and kept rushing her along. Customer service really went out the window. Needless to say it was uncomfortable for everyone. The food was good and what I would expect from Chipotle, however my chicken burrito bowl wasn’t made exactly how I like. I usually ask for just a little hot sauce and a tad sour cream, but because I was rushed and food was flying, they globbed ‘em both on pretty heavy. Disappointing. I think I’ll stick to the Chipotle on Route 59.

I’ve been going here a few times a year since it opened, and each time I leave with regret. Trust me when I say the drive to the one more north on 59 by Meijer or the one in Bolingbrook is worth it! Food: The same as every chipotle you’ve been to, but for some odd reason they always manage to screw something up… Rice isn’t cooked well enough, chicken is not seasoned well and tastes horrible, guacamole tastes like nothing. One time I got a burrito and couldn’t finish it because it was bad. Service: Others have already mentioned this before, but the service is laughably slow. The lines aren’t even THAT long maybe 10 – 15 people. Every other Chipotle I’ve been to could easily handle twice the crowd in the same amount of time. Severe lack of communication between employees on the line leads to a lot of wasted time. The employees look confused and just as annoyed as the customers are. I think the root of this is that they keep hiring braindead high school/college students leading to high turnover. Every time I go in there is an entirely new fleet of staff. Portion controls are abysmal(I have to ask for DOUBLE everything to get a semblance of a burrito I could get at any other Chipotle.) Store: Minimal seating, but I guess that’s the bullshit feng shui ambiance Chipotle goes for… I would not plan to dine in here during lunch or dinner as I doubt there’d be seating. I am convinced the only thing keeping this abomination open is the fact that it has a location convenient enough that southside Naperville families are willing to give up a good Chipotle experience for convenience. Do yourself a favor and drive to a different Chipotle.

I love Chipotle and everything the company stands for. However this location sucks, easily the worst one I’ve been to around the country. Food Quality: Average, which seems to be far below Chipotle standards(and mine). Compared to other Chipotle restaurants, it is disappointing. Employees: SOOOSLOW!!! The line moves at a snail pace because they are just inefficient and there never seems to be enough people serving the food. And of the 20ish times I have visited, have probably had to wait for food about half — brown rice, steak, it’s always something that isn’t ready. They also don’t seem knowledgeable with the cash register either. Just not efficient at all. This location is about a mile from my house and super convenient, but everytime I leave disappointed and wonder why I bothered giving it another chance. 2 stars because there used to be a really friendly and upbeat young guy who worked there and I enjoyed his demeanor. Haven’t seen him there in a loong time so maybe he moved on. Also there is plenty of parking. However I am at the point where I will just suck it up and drive to another location(downtown Naperville is the best and most consistent IMO) to get the Chipotle experience I choose to spend my hard earned money on.

Great food, attentive service, sometimes to expensive for a Fast Food Mexican restaurant; but if you want alright food really cheap you’d go to Taco Bell not Chipotle! My family and I love LOVE the shredded pork on or in ANYTHING, always piping hot, fresh, and juicy! Only bad thing I can say is that it’s very ‘cold’ by that I mean uninviting. However, that’s how the ‘Industrial Design/Décor typically makes a person feel. Which this is why we always get our food to go. Normally I am forced to make my kids to put the food in the front of the car(NOEATINGINTHECAR!!!) so they don’t devour it all — before we can make it a little less than 2 miles to get home. Yummy so so good!
