Brookdale Village, is now «Brookdale on the Park,» More updates to come after I celebrate my first year living here. However, right now I can tell you they finally got an experienced Property Manager running the place and you can tell the difference. The maintenance staff is beyond wonder full. They are so quick to respond to issues you bring to their attention and if you are not satisfied they will come back. I have never had a request take more than 24 hours to resolve after me calling. The «upgraded» units are a little more, but I think it’s worth it for the newer finishes and stainless steel appliances. It really does make a huge difference in the appearance of the place. The location is great as you can get on the highway with ease via Winfield or 59 and you can sidestep all the crazy Naperville surface traffic. In short, not a bad value for you dollar.
