I have rarely been to a doctor who actually cares about his patient, and spends so much time explaining things. I have been to two different derms in Naperville, as I have a history of multiple skin cancers. One of those misdiagnosed a melanoma, the other one barely examined my skin. Dr. J has come up with a real innovative plan to combat my recurring skin cancers. He and his nurse Sheri are wonderful, warm and caring. I kind of feel like Dr. J is going to be the doctor who will have the intelligence, expertise and concern to stay ahead of my skin issues. As far as the previous reviewer, I am no Rhodes scholar, but Dr. J’s «doctor language «is certainly easy to understand! And, the office manager could not be more kind in working out a very fair payment plan for me. Love this practice.

WORST DOCTOR EVER! I went in for an annual skin check for any cancerous spots. It was such a waste of time. He talked to me in «doctor language» so I have no idea what he was talking about. Upon leaving, the office staff said that I did not owe a co-​pay. Then, I got a bill. When I called the office manager to ask about it, he was so rude! He talked to me like I was an idiot and even laughed at me! So, I started sending them payments every month. Today, I got a letter from a collection agency! But I’m making monthly payments! This place is so ignorant. They do not care about people. PLEASE STAY AWAY!
