If you would like to be verbally reprimanded, please call them. I started my day by asking someone to come out to look at my furnace. Turns out it was my error and an upkeep thing I missed, but I was more or less scolded for not knowing about this upkeep item. People have different jobs for different reasons. I am a professional in my job because I trained and am an «expert» in that area. Not everyone knows 100% of everything about other fields. That is why I called a company that appeared to be reputable based on previous reviews. I do not appreciate being scolded or mocked because I did not know something, even if it was common knowledge among many.
When I was asked why I called them or how I got their number, and replied with «you had good reviews on Unilocal» the person responded with «thanks… I guess.»
I’m glad I called them because I now know never to call them again. I guess they don’t want any new business.

These are our guys for annual furnace and A/​C check-​ups, maintenance, cleaning, etc. They do a nice job and charge roughly the same amount as other HVAC people. I like the employees and the owner has done the work himself at times, and I especially appreciate their promptness. We’ve never been rescheduled.
11÷14÷05 — Thanks Barry for cleaning the gunk and spiders out of the furnace! Actually, I learned today that a service contract saves considerable bank annually. They do a nice job, so I’ll sign up for it when I’m in my new home next spring.
