I like this place. They have a nice set of facilities from gym to swimming pool. Reception is awful. They just do not respond or chat with a customer. Waiting time is unusually long for a line with one or two customers. They gave me a sheet to call the office but there is no phone number on the sheet so how am I supposed to call. So I had to go to the web site. It has a nice looking but when I tried to get the information, it was awfully hard to find it out.
For your information, it seems they have different offices. Swimming academy is different from the main office, so you will need to call them. Please update if you know the information.

Lolita B and I are agreed. This place offers personal trainers but never delivers. I want t o know I am working toward goals in the best way. I have filled out request cards and followed up … no response. This is a pretty gym but not too practical. Classes end at 6pm so are geared to the unemployed. loads of machines face a blank wall rather than the lovely glassed north wall windows, behind them. Just doesn’t seem like they care after the bill gets paid.

Synergy offers a huge variety of classes, great instructors, modern equipment, and easy parking. The facility is squeaky clean and well-​ventilated. I look forward to my workouts every day!

I’ve been after getting a personal trainer for 3 months now. I’ve filled out 3 comment cards & no one will return my calls. I suspect it may be due to my training goals. Where as my husband put down «I want to hire a personal trainer» and he was called 3 days later. I don’t think writing down that you would like to hire one should determine whether anyone wants to work with you or not. Because I was looking to hire one but instead took my business to another personal trainer.

While this gym has a lot to offer — they trap you into auto renewing your contract and then not letting you out. Like most busy people — I forgot when my membership anniversary date was — and yes, I’m*trapped into another annual contract. I missed the renewal date by a month and was basically total tough sh*t. Now — why would a gym want people working out there — who don’t want to be there? I’m going to ask for a copy of my contract to see what the out clauses look like — and perhaps get my lawyer involved.

This is a beautiful gym with lots of classes and equipment. I have been a member for 5 years. However, since re– opening after the earthquake and getting new management, the lap pool temperature has become much colder and I no longer want to swim there. Many other members are also complaining. Their warmer
«Therapy» pool is only open during the day and then mostly only for specific classes. I am thinking I need to find another gym with a warmer pool.

The most disconnected to it’s patrons ever. From the sign up to the front desk. It’s like as soon as they get your money their done with you. When you check in at the front desk hardly greet you. Strange in a service business they make you feel like a number. Not going back and stopped my membership. I will look elsewhere in Napa for a more friendly environment.

I have to only give one star… The only gym in history to not give a free day pass for someone to try out the facility :(I’m searching and had to go with another gym because I’m not paying $ 15 for a day pass and then buy a membership or find I don’t like it and go somewhere else. They should reconsider that because they lost me as a member before I could even test it out, too bad :(

This is an incredible gym! New facility with every machine imaginable. The locker rooms are upscale and it has all of the amenities you would want from a gym.
The best part for me is that they offer an insane amount of classes throughout the day. I work odd hours and it’s difficult to find a gym that offers an 11am or 2pm class. Not here! You’ll find multiple classes offered for nearly every hour of the day.
I’m really surprised by all of the negative reviews! I’ve never experienced a problem with payment or registration… It is all fair and the staff is very clear about what a membership entails. Perhaps one downside is the facility is associated with the hospital and caters to a crowd of all ages and people in rehabilitation.
As a member you receive a health evaluation, consultation with a dietician, lots of free guest passes, and your choice between a fitness consultation, a one-​hour massage or facial.
