Round Table Pizza

My fiancé and I went in for dinner last Friday night. Although they seemed busy, we were greeted at the counter by a young man who was friendly and helped us with menu questions. They brought out our pizza but had forgotten our wings during their rush. They apologized and offered us salad while they quickly made our wings. We will definitely be back!

Many Round Table Pizzas are hit or miss. I have to admit I’m a sucker for an Italian Garlic Supreme and this location has never let me down in Napa. The employees seem like nice people and it’s usually not very crowded.
I haven’t eaten at the location since they remodeled but I like the set up. I usually watch whatever game is on while I’m waiting for my pick up. Parking is never an issue either. Overall I recommend this location.

Well first off all the tables where dirty, the salad bar tasted funny and they made my pizza wrong! I ate it with out a complaint. Pizza was good. I was gonna put 2 stars but, the employees where so nice. The manager Mark replaced the soda cause they were out of root bear and the other employees where all very nice which I appreciate.

There was only 1 customer in the restaurant but it took a long time for my to go order. The employees were all in kitchen chatting. My pizza was horrible. 1 and half of another piece of my pizza didn’t have cheese or sauce. It was dry and disgusting. I wanted a pizza not bread. I would never serve anything like that to a paying customer. Ive had problems at this location before. I’m not at all shocked that there was only one customer inside. Go to the other location in Napa on solano dr.

Poor customer service by one employee who called me and my father-​in-​law a liar about our order. My mother-​in-​law called in an order for wombo combo half with cheese and the other half no cheese. He stated on the phone with my mother-​in-​law that he did not know exactly how to do the half and half but will make sure it is done. I brought it up with an employee who seemed like a manager who checked on the order once we got our order. Than the person who made the pizza came to check on what the problem was and asked the employee who took the order and that employee called us a LIAR. The pizza maker employee came to me to apologize and make the new pizza. The mistake was corrected but the damage of calling me a liar was done. I will probably not give my service to this location again and my in laws are thinking the same. Thank you to the other employees who helped.

Super annoyed with this place. My coworkers and I ordered a pizza, and when we opened it is was wrong. Manager argued with us saying they repeated what we wanted twice, not true, then apparently her manager got on the phone and said they’d throw in bread sticks, when the second pizza came no breadsticks and the pizza was made with regular pizza sauce not white sauce like it was supposed to. We didn’t even call back. We won’t order again.

This used to be a four star rating but as of late the quality and service keeps getting worse. We live up the street so this is our go to for pizza and used to be amazing then they closed and re opened. I do not know what happened in those few months but now there slow even if you order ahead of time, the quality is 7 eleven pizza most days. Tonight was pretty much the reason we will seek out a different pizza place. Ordered online told 45 minutes ok fine its Friday, get there after 45 minutes and no one seems to know where our pizza order is one guy working the rest looking like clowns that are lost, after what seemed like forever they locate the order. Both pizzas are tough and flat like one of the clowns forgot to let it rise, my so called garlic ittalian has seem to lost its garlic and our garlic twist are just greasy bread. Did we have a vampire working tonight that couldn’t go near the garlic seriously. We will just have to make the trech over to solano ave when we want roundtable since this circus sideshow cant seem to make a pizza.

We ordered a pizza tonight and I requested extra toppings and paid for it. Upon returning home to enjoy our pizza I was disappointed to see I didn’t get what I paid for. I called the store manager and was impressed that he went above and beyond to correct their mistake. He didn’t make me have to fight for my order. I may not hAve gotten what I paid for but his customer service made up for it. Great job Valentin !

The Manager called a couple of days after my review and offered me a free large pizza whenever I wanted. The pizza would be credited to my account (phone number), I called to order my pizza but they did not have this information and the manager was unavailable.

Are you KIDDING with these prices!!! Staying because we are hungry. The pizza better be as good as these prices are high. I am doubtful I will ever return!
The boy at the front counter is not friendly, smiling or helpful.

Yesterday I was teaching my grandmother how to order food online. We purchased a pizza and a sandwich for herself. When we received the food her sandwich was suppose to be a turkey club but all it was was bacon on bread. I called the round table and they said that is how the order was put in. I told them for next time maybe call the person to confirm an odd order and asked if they would send over a new sandwich. The gal was slightly hesitant but said she would. They quickly brought my grandma a new sandwich and the delivery man was beyond apologetic. For this reason I give them 5 stars because I feel they did the right thing. And, I love round table pizza and it tasted great like it always has.
