I had a terrible experience with this Limousine Service Company and with dealing with the owner, Javier Robledo. I rented a limousine for 10 people for 6+ hours in Napa Valley so that I could celebrate a birthday with friends. Some of the things that went wrong were: * We were promised a full bar on the limousine and did not get a full bar. There was only 1 cheap bottle of Korbel’s sparkling wine on board and no other drinks. The driver offered to stop and buy some items in a bar to make up for the missing promised full bar. This service took 30 minutes our of our trip and made us late to our first stop. * The limousine provided had a dead battery at the start of the day and needed to be jump started. This took about 15 minutes out of our day and made us late to our first stop and gave all 10 people a bad first impression of the tour. * Javier was not present to resolve the issues and called me after we were on our way, and also throughout the day(after the above problems were resolved) so that he could tell me how offended he was and that he didn’t want to provide groceries to fulfill the promise of a full bar. He wasted my time and almost ruined the mood for the occasion. Clearly, dealing with customers isn’t a strong suit. He also never apologized for the issues I faced with my group. * After the trip, there was a fraudulent charge on my credit card from Robledo’s Limo Service and I had to dispute the charge via my credit card to disputing the cost. I authorized a charge of $X by signing my name on a receipt. Javier charged an amount greater than X because he felt he deserved more money. I do not know if he changed the receipt that I signed, but in my mind, this is fraud.
