I was there this morning and they seemed very efficient. I was called in about 15 minutes late, but then the process (BP, height, weight, blood tests) took very little time. I would use this service again

So slow. They were the first place listed for me to get my pre employment drug test. I had 2 people in front of me. After waiting for an hour and a half, they told me they couldn’t process my form because it was electronic and it didn’t have a sticker for them to peel off. Then told me I had to go to Benicia or Vallejo to have my test done.

Worst experience waiting and hour and a half for a drug test in the walk in then tried to set up appointment online hoping it would be quicker can’t get appointment online on their website as well as by phone. Please fix your website appointment service and phone appointment service. Staff said they wouldn’t help me set up an appointment even after telling them it would not allow me to make an appointment online as well as by phone. Customer service is a joke and I can’t give this place more than a one star

Slow, unfriendly and very unprofessional staff. Called out confidential information from room to room with no care who could hear them. HIPAA violations? This place should be shut down and restaffed and retrained!

Results are returned in a timely manner BUT, getting in completely depends on what time you come and if they are fully staffed. Last week we were in and out of here in 10 minutes (@8:00am), today we have been here over 45 minutes and haven’t been helped yet (3:03 pm).

I had the worst experience for not only myself but for my son who went to this site to have blood drawn after fasting. Arrived at 7:28, entered at 7;30 when they opened. Did not get called in until 8:06 (2 people ahead of me). The girls were not friendly. The first proceeded to miss on my son’s draw, poking him over and over until he said no more it hurts. The second girl came in and was also unsuccessful (mindful, my son gets his blood drawn and no one has an issue with finding the vein). In addition, the girls were unprofessional, calling out confidential hippa information, and were just unsure of themselves and decided to send us to another lab after being there almost 1 hour. Also, the restrooms were not very clean (no seat cover liners-​for a healthcare lab). Must be some kind of OSHA thing. Do not go there. They lost all their experienced help and terminated some very fine workers. They want to pay less, and you will get less. This is coming from myself who used to frequent the lab a lot.
