Pure Skin Spa

My girlfriend and I both walked into Pure Skin Spa with an appointment for a one hour facial. While my girlfriend was incredibly happy with her facial experience, mine was sub par. After comparing each other’s facials, I soon realized that I wasn’t taken care of the same way that my girlfriend was.
Natalie quickly introduced herself to me and showed me the room. There were not many words exchanged between the two of us and she continued to start the facial. First thing, I was under the impression that there were going to be more extractions (I have a lot of blackheads on my chin and my chin wasn’t addressed). After no words were spoken, she announced that it was soon over. So I got myself together and sat in the waiting area for 15 minutes waiting for my girlfriend.
Meanwhile in the other room, my girlfriend was being consulted about her skin, asked if she wanted a foot or hand massage, told everything about the products that were being applied to her face, asked about her overall comfort multiple times throughout, and finished off with a scalp massage.
While I was very relaxed, I was not very satisfied and clearly missing out on a few major details of this facial especially because I was paying $ 95.

Michelle is the best, ask for her for any waxing services.

My number one salon to go for all my girly needs. The ambience of the salon is calming and very clean. They are always so professional and ready for you as soon as you arrive. Michelle is amazing! She is the sweetest person and makes you feel very comfortable. The prices are very reasonable for the services you’re getting. The people that work there alone make it worth it.

I got a great bikini wax from Natalie. Highly recommend! If you’re looking for a really good waxer she is the one. It was my first time at the spa and I was very impressed by Natalie’s skills. She made me feel comfortable, asked about my needs, and got to work! My waxing didn’t hurt at all. Every little hair was removed & I wasn’t red either! Natalie was friendly, thorough, yet super quick. I was in and out of my appointment in about 30 minutes, which is awesome. Scheduling was easy & parking was too. Overall great experience.
