Our furniture is water damaged and moldy and we found a giant cockroach on our rug. Everything is damp. This is after spending $ 419 per month for this storage facility to keep our things safe! I am outraged and mystefied as to what we are paying so much for when our things are damaged and pests have invaded our boxes and belongings. Now I am wary to bring my things home because I don’t want to bring roaches into my home. I am completely grossed out. I will never use Public Storage again.

Excellent customer service! This is my second time using this storage facility, first time was great and the manager remembered me and was very helpful when renting a second time! Would highly recommend!

I have been a customer here for at least 4 years and my family also. We have never had such an amazing manager of the property as we do now. She is INCREDIBLE!!! When she moved here she immediately cleaned the property to a standard I am sure Disneyland would approve of. It is so nice to not see dirt and cobwebs and little garbage piles of random things. It is also very well watched and I trust her completely. She is friendly and has a great memory for people. It is really nice to see a happy employee somewhere I have supported for as long as I have. Especially because she takes pride in the property. Thank you public storage for being dependable and trustworthy– and for bringing such an incredible person to our area. I go a lot more often and I have told many people who ended up going there for temporary storage but I am trying to convince more for long term. THANK YOU!!!

Moved from Napa to Marin 6⁄2012 and used this location for seventh month storage. Anna, the Manager, was fantastic and very professional, will recommend this location to all my friends in Napa for the future.
