Great response to our email on Sunday evening. Seth Perry, the owner was here in the heat of the day on Monday to replace a broken spring. He worked really hard in the heat. Did a great job and was very professional and also punctual. He knows his work. I would highly recommend him.

Seth is a great guy, and very honest and professional. We had a semi-​custom door made (all glass panels) and while it was a long wait for the door, we didn’t have to wait long for Seth to let us know it was ready to install. He showed up on time and installed the door beautifully. It’s so quiet. We are so happy with it. I wish I could attach photos to show his beautiful work and what a difference it made to the curb appeal of our home. (It’s the best house on the block now!!)

Garage door failed on a Friday. Left a message and they got back to us first thing Monday morning. Tuesday appointment arrived in time and had the problem figured out before he even got here. Seth helped me link the cars with the new remote garage opener. Not for emergencies in Saint Helena but he knows his business and helped us out greatly.

Have used Perry’s service a few times and in the beginning his service was perfect. The last two times he did not return phone calls for a week and then yesterday he did not show up when he said he would. My renters are being patient, but in my opinion, Perry’s was irresponsible. We won’t use them again.

I found Perry on Unilocal and have now used him twice and both with excellent service. First, I needed a garage door installed on a garage that didn’t have one. he gave me clear, precise suggestions and pricing and I decided on a model over the phone. He arrived on time and did a great job. Today he came out to a rental house I own and he quickly reprogrammed the openers, fixed the keypad and even took the initiative to oil the track since it was a little noisy. he was right on time, had a great attitude and did an excellent job. Thank you.

Seth Perry arrived on time, replaced both torsion springs and serviced the door so it
is smooth and quiet. Explained what he was doing and how to lubricate the rollers and tracks in the future to keep it working well. A pleasure to deal with.

Extremely pleased with Seth Perry’s responsiveness, work quality, efficiency and price. He is a professional who explained exactly what was needed and gave me a very low estimate of cost, in my opinion. Since I was interested, he explained every step he was doing. He replaced the torsion spring on my garage door, lubricated the drive track, etc. all in the time it took me to drink a cup of coffee! I’ll never use any other garage door company.

Really happy with the service Seth Perry provided! I had a non functional (10 year old) garage door. It wouldn’t stay closed. I thought it might have been the sensors. Seth came the same morning I called him and he replaced a key part (not the motor). He explained exactly what was amiss, and all was winthin an hour… I would highly recommend him and his expertise!
