We have called once everyday this week with voicemails left and we have had no response from Napa Septic Tank Services. Completely unsure if they are out of business, too busy, or constantly out of the office but it would be helpful if their voicemail message could state the reason.

These folks have been our septic service providers for many years. They helped us through a very technically-​challenging system revision others turned down — took care of all permitting — and provided exemplar service thereafter. They come out to the house for ongoing building projects and haven’t charged us for a number of service items. We asked to check the level of the tanks at least twice since the revision and they felt they did not require pumping; I know others would have set a service and charged even if it was unnecessary — these guys are very honest and reasonable. I have nothing but praise for this outfit and will continue to use them without hesitation well into the future.

They finally returned a call after several attempts. We set up an appointment but they never showed up. No apologies or return appointments. The original owner passed the business to other relatives with little oversight. Try Dependable Septic Systems in American Canyon. They are what their name implies, with better prices.

I’ve called them twice now and no one has returned my phone calls. Very poor customer service. I even had my realtor call and still nothing. I wonder if it has something to do with them checking my septic system and stating all was well only to have problems shortly after. I called another local company and they came out the same day.

Called these guys for a simple inspection. Called again and again to get the report after the scheduled date and time, they kept saying they were working on finishing it. Turns out, they had never gone out and sent a report later after a site visit, I wonder if they even actually went out there as they didn’t schedule a time and just went of their own accord.
Charged me MORE for a simple inspection that Mr. Rooter charged my friend for an inspection and a pump. These guys are rip off artists, don’t bother.

This is a locally owned business run by some really hard working guys. They came on short notice and located a long-​buried septic tank. I was completely impressed by the work ethic and competence of the team.
