A group of 8 of us were looking for a house rental for Labor Day weekend and came across a great find here.
Great place if you want to be near Lake Berryessa and house 8 people comfortably.
The owners are nice and accessible. The rates are extremely reasonable. The house turned out to be a great place for the weekend.
The positives
–Great rate.
–Plenty of room.
–Large kitchen.
–Overall, a great space for 8 people to hang out/​cook/​relax.
The negatives
–The carpets are not in the best shape.
–It’s not walking distance to the lake and a bit of a ways to Napa.
Would definitely recommend if you want to be near Berryessa for a great deal!
