Makai Swim School

Both my children started at Makai in the mommy and baby class. My oldest (preschool age) adores coming to class, has confidence in the pool, loves the teachers, and has become a fish in the water. Owner Tami goes above and beyond expectations!

When we started swim lessons for my son at Makai Swim School, he loved his version of swimming — lots of fun in the water but only if he could touch the side and/​or bottom.
In such an amazing short period of time, he has done a complete 180 with their help. We were only able to sign up for one session (4 weeks with 8 lessons) so far — and within the first lesson, his head was underwater with no fussing. By the last lesson, he jumped straight in and swam to the stairs. He wanted to do races and was able to pick up a few things from the bottom.
Simply amazing! Huge kudos to both Tami and Monica for their help!
