Loyalty Locksmith

Avoid this guy. We needed someone to unlock a soda machine as the key got locked inside. He got the machine unlocked then sat messing with lock until he made sure that the key wouldn’t work. He kept forcing it until he finally bent the key, he then said for an additional charge he could take the lock to a «friend» to have it fixed. Not all are so easily fooled as we had people who know a lot about locks. He had shifted the lock to cause it not accept the key and when he was told to fix it he said he couldn’t. We tried to fix it and he wouldn’t let us use his tools because we might break them. They made him file the lock but now we need to get a new key as he wasn’t so concerned about our key or our lock. Very unprofessional.

Stay away from this place!!! The guy was soo rude about getting a key made for my car texting me things like i cant afford the key because i asked how much a replacement key was and things about my mom! And calling me a loser and other bad things i can’t believe this place can be open because they are so rude that someone should close them down !!! I was very harassed by this business for just a quote on how much a key was gonna cost ! Don’t even bother calling them !! Now the owner is stalking me ive blocked two of his numbers so far and he is saying he will find me for putting this review up and wants me to take it down now ! Id watch out this place it is a fake business that has the most unprofessional owner I’ve ever came across !! Im getting very harassed for just a quote on a copy for a car key! Now he hides the bad reviews this place a joke!!! Unilocal is helping bad businesses get worse!!!
This business will remove the bad reviews and add fake good ones to make his business look legit but its a scam !!! He is very rude and its upsetting that Unilocal allows this stuff to go on !! This business should be shut down for what he has done to people !!
