Everytime I just go in to see what’s new I always leave with something. Always. This place is like a hidden gem! Cutest little outfits, accessories, & gifts!

I can always find something you want here, and I think their sale rack is a gold mine! I am always greeted politely and asked if i need help. I usually say no, find some things to try on (which they always ask if I want to start a fitting room and will take my clothes to one for me). The great thing is when your trying things on you can step out and ask the girls opinion or if they have a shirt they think will go well with what you tried on and they always try to help me find something! Always a pleasant experience! I wish there were more stores like this in the area. Great place!

I like this store because they have good prices and nice clothes if you are in a hurry to find something cute for a night out and can’t get to the city.
So, why the two stars? Because of Kayla, the girl who works there. I walked in and smiled at her and didn’t get anything back. Not a welcome, not a hello. Nothing. I didn’t really care because well, whatever, I just needed a shirt to wear that night.
But what really pushed me to write the review was that I heard the other girl offer every costumer she rung out a 20% off coupon if they signed up for emails (I am a marketing profesional and this is sooooo important for your business) and you think Kayla offered me this? Nope, all I got was a snarl. Not even a thank you. Not even an up sell. Nada. Obviously, a smile was too much to ask for.
Anyway, I write this review more for the owner/​manager than for the lovely people of Unilocal because one lacking employee shouldn’t ruin the business. But maybe it will because it’s Napa after all. We are kind. We know customer service. We smile. We are a family. I’m not coming back to this store. Thankfully I work in the city and can deal with my fashion emergencies there.
And also, I am a sucker for excellent customer service.

This store is utterly delightful. Tons of fun clothing for the woman who isn’t a teenager but isn’t ready to be rocking mom jeans. Jewelry, shoes, scarves, dresses, rompers– I want everything in the store!
What really stands out to me is the customer service. The people that work there are fun, sweet and totally helpful. Returns and exchanges are easy and they steam your purchases if needed.
Love this place!
