Blah, not so great. Haven’t been here for at least 7 years and probably won’t be back. Salad bar was the best part of the meal. Fairly decent size and fresh offerings, but high price. The pizza was nothing special. Crust was on the thinner side and toppings were adequate, but it tasted like a frozen pizza. I saw them tossing the dough and putting the toppings on, but it still tasted like a frozen pizza. The atmosphere is great — exactly what you think a pizza parlor should be — but the food isn’t why you would go here.

I was mostly disappointed in this place. The salad bar is literally the smallest salad bar I’ve ever seen. There are not many items to choose from and not many dressings either. The price I thought was high for a salad bar with no variety. I skipped it.
They also said they didn’t have sweetener for the iced tea. Weird! All restaurants I go to have had at least one type of sweetener. So I also skipped the tea.
I ordered a mini pizza. It was okay. Not the worst I’ve had but not the best either.
The good part was there were many TV’s so you could watch from anywhere you sat. Unfortunately not enough good to bring me back. There are several other pizza joints I’d go to in town before I’d ever come back here.

My best friend is from Napa and told me about this amazing pizza parlor that I just «had to try.» We came here one day (an hour and a half drive) just to try the pizza, and it did not disappoint. The place has a very sports theme going on, and is quite homey. If you’re the type of person who likes ranch with your pizza then this is the place for you. I LITERALLY have not had better ranch than the ranch sauce I had here. It might sound weird, but its true! The bread sticks are to die for and the staff all seems to be quite laid back and willing to help out their patrons. Definitely worth the drive for amazing pizza!

Fazerrati’s Pizza has some great lunch deals if you’re looking for something cheesy on the get-​go. Their slices of pizza are the cheesiest and greasiest I’ve encountered so far. It was both heaven and hell on a plate.
Eating here would be perfect for the community college student who wants to eat on a fairly cheap budget that ain’t Mickey D’s. Plus, the atmosphere isn’t too loud since the location is a hole in the wall along the Imola Ave. My only criticism is the subpar customer service and the fairly dim lights. I do get that Fazerrati’s Pizza is going for the sports bar look, but a girl needs some light to enjoy her pizza!
Nevertheless, this place ain’t too shabby. However, if you want quality pizza, I suggest you look elsewhere.

I rarely eat in the restaurant (although they have an amazing salad bar), often ordering takeout. This pizza is GOOD.

My favorite pizza in Napa. Growing up in Calistoga, I Loved Nicolas Pizza, this is as close as i can get to the same taste to Nicolas! Also helps that its so close to our home :)

I never give bad reviews. Ever. Horrible horrible horrible service. Tried to order deliver, talked to two different people and it was excuse after excuse of why it was difficult to deliver. Management should be disappointed. The quality of the food doesn’t matter if you can’t even get the pizza to you.

There was a time that this was a great place to go for pizza and a good salad bar. Tonight’s visit anything but!
I ordered a mini-​pizza, salad bar and a beer.
I was surprised to see the difference in the salad bar. The bowl of lettuce held nothing but iceberg lettuce. Where’s the red cabbage or lettuce blend? The toppings were seriously limited, as well. No cheese, no carrots, no olives, and just huge croutons for «dry» toppings. What happened to the sunflower seeds? Apparently the only option for the salad bar is All You Can Eat for $ 6.95! How much iceberg lettuce can one person eat? That’s price is outrageous for what they’re providing in the salad bar!
There are supposedly three different crust styles you can get, but the cashier didn’t ask my preference and I forgot to say, so I was served thick crust. Yuck! Way too much bread!
I prefer to sit in a booth when possible, but every single booth looked as though the mad slasher had paid a visit! I found one seat that wasn’t all cut up and taped up. Yay! I went to sit down and the seat was all collapsed! I literally fell into a hole!
The place is dirty and completely run down! Come ON, Fazerrati’s! Take some of the money you’re saving on salad bar toppings and fix the damn place!
I will not be going back anytime soon! I can find better elsewhere and not feel ripped off and dirty when I leave! Seriously. It’s that bad!

Fazzies is by far the best place in Napa to watch Sports!! Baseball, Basketball, Football. The Pizza is Great and very good service. Ron and Eric very friendly at pouring a nice 22oz beer from there many Taps.

This place is gross.

NOT! Came here about an hour ago… and leaving now.
I got the veggie cal zone. The veggies were cold inside, the red sauce tasted like they opened a jar of prego and dumped it in. I ate just the bread of the cal zone. The salad bar is limited but tasted some what fresh.
As I sat, I was watching them make the food. The girl preparing the pizzas had long red hair tied in a messy bun. Hair in her face. She wiped her forehead to wipe the sweat off and then touched the dough she kneading. I watched. The guy fill the salad bar put on gloves, handle money then pick his nose then reach into a bucket and pull out eggs for the salad bar.
I got so sick to my stomach I went to the bathroom and puked.
I told my boyfriend– I WILL NEVER EVER GO AGAIN!

Worst pizza for the price! I showed then the Unilocal app that said the real Italian was 11 $. they said it was 14 $ and they don’t know anything about Unilocal or honor their prices. The pizza looked like crap! Thin crust with barely any cheese or toppings and only had 5 slices for the 14 $!! When I complained they didn’t care in the Least! I asked for the Manger name and number and they couldn’t even write it down for me! I live across the street and am new to the area and I will NEVER BE back! Complete overpriced garbage!!!

My friend brought us here because she really enjoys pizza… as do I, but I also don’t eat cheese so it makes the experience interesting everytime. The cashier had a really hard time understanding no cheese and could not figure a work around on how I could order the pizza I wanted, so I was slightly irritated. Once we figured out how to order, the pizza came out pretty quickly and was pretty good… I don’t agree with some on here that think it’s fantastic, but it was good. Overall, pretty ok experience, but nothing mindblowingly good.

4 stars because it is m… mmm…good. I’ve been coming here for years because their pizza is dynamite. Did i mention they have a great salad bar with every single topping that you could ever possibly want!!! Their bread sticks are heavenly also!

This is some of the best pizza I’ve had in a long time.
We went in the midst of the World Series so they were very busy so the customer service wasn’t up to par, but the pizza is GOOD.

Heads up: The check in deal requires a time machine, as it hasn’t been available since last June, which may have also been when the service was good, too. I do, of course, apologize for interrupting their rap-​infused party with my transaction, but the cashier seems to have gone right back to her very loud story about a drunken party as though I we’re never even here, so that’s good. .. I guess. Food was fine.
On the upside, the owner was really receptive to feedback, and seemed ready to use this as a teachable moment, so kudos to Troy!

I still really like the pizza served here, but on this occasion I was a little disappointed with my overall
experience.
We came here during the lunch hour and found a few items not available.
There were no salad greens so they stopped offering the salad bar and the lady taking our order though it was a good enough excuse to mention that their deliveries had not yet arrived. Okay but you just opened and you know this a few hours in advance so why not pick up a few heads of lettuce from the supermarket next door?
Well no salad this time, okay, so I proceeded to order their house special pizza, and then guess what???
No sausage… another truck delivery mishap? Oh well determined to not let this ruin our family lunch I asked to have pineapple added instead.
Also don’t ask for juice or any other kid friendly drink cause they just look at you weird… like why wouldn’t
I just give a 4 year old some soda?
Once we got our order… no pineapple. Oh well, pizza is still decent but service and preparation could
be key to a more enjoyable experience.

The first time that I dined in at this hole in the wall pizza shop, it was an utter disaster and a complete misappropriation of its former self. I had been ordering from fazzeratis forever, but it had always been delivery… always on time always quality. But the first time I ate at the store I was seriously irritated. The customer service was awful and the pizza was a sloppy mess. I even asked for my money back after only taking a slice off the pizza tray and putting on my plate… The manager said he couldn’t give me my money because I had touched the pizza already… So?! What are you going to do? Resell it? I was tempted to never come back again…
Three years later and with an appetite… I came back hoping that things might be better… I wasn’t disappointed, everything was perfect… The food, the service. The man who waited on us was so nice to my daughter and was very friendly to me; based on this visit alone, I would happily come back.
Keep up the good work guys!

The pizza was not what we were hoping for. We weren’t even able to finish our meal as both my date and I were truly disappointed in the food. $ 30 for a dinner we couldn’t even finish.
The staff were friendly, but that won’t bring us back.
