Brian was super responsive in scheduling. Bobby and Gerardo did an amazing job. It was like having 2 old friends install and setup my electronics setup. They mounted a big screen, set up receiver, blue ray, speakers, sub, Xbox, chrome cast, and computers. They threw in cables for free. They kept me apprised of pricing every step of the way and I ended up with exactly what I wanted at exactly the price I wanted to spend. On the way out they offered to check into special brackets to hang my speakers. Highly highly highly recommended.

I needed a TV mounted above a fireplace on a floor-​to-​ceiling stone wall in my living room at my home in Napa. I called several companies and Brian at Digital Connections was the most prompt to return my call. Even though I subsequently spoke with other installation companies, I selected Digital Connections for my installation and I am very glad I did so!
It was a very difficult install but they managed to do it perfectly. You would never know that my TV was not part of the original stone wall design plan.
Scheduling was a breeze and they were always on time. They treated my home with respect and cleaned up every last bit of dust from the drilling.
When I am ready to mount additional TVs in my home I am calling Digitial Connections.
I highly recommend Brian and his team for any TV (or electronic) installation you may have.

I agree with others on the lack of professionalism and the rudeness from this business. I called in requesting an estimate on some work I needed done at my business. I was told I would receive a call back shortly, which I did not. They did call back a couple of days later. At that point I had also called a couple of other places because I wasn’t sure Digital Connections would be calling me back. When I mentioned this to Brian he laughed at me and said «go with them then» and hung up on me. I obviously did not get work done from them so I can’t speak to that, but if you have any type of problem I wouldn’t expect them to handle it professionally.
This is my first review ever and I am doing it only because of the total rudeness that matched other reviews here and I thought it needed to be said again.

Called the office number at 4:15 on Monday afternoon to get an idea of pricing for installation. Phone was answered and I was put on hold for an extended period of time. Another employee picked up, finally, and after hearing my question said there was no one around to answer my question. She said someone would call me back. I was then disconnected. I called back again and was put on hold again. One simple question folks!!! Is that too much to ask? Apparently.

Absolutely excellent service. Justin came out today and rewired all of our TV and surround sound system. We had a «professional» installation the first time, but they were amateurs compared to Justin. We have a Logitech all-​in-​one remote that never functioned as all in one. Not even two in one as we had to still have multiple remotes.
Justin fixed it and spent time with my wife and myself going over everything. When ever you have a home theater problem or just installation or fixing of someone’s else’s poor installation, DO NOT HESITATE to contact Digital Connections. As we upgrade and move equipment around, we will not hesitate to call Digital to have them do it right the first time.
Highly, highly recommend their services.

All I can say is wow! Not only did Brian and Bob both provide exceptional customer service but they did so in the most difficult of situations. Our installation proved to be trickier than anticipated, however, Brian and Bob dove in, came up with solutions, then finished the job properly and did a great job cleaning up too.
Our tv, home theatre, and blu-​ray all work fantastically and the mount is terrific, above the fireplace, directly over the mantle.
