Anyone choosing to use this business must be aware of his unprofessional response to my posting. Instead of contacting me directly he posted a response calling me out of my name several times. In addition, he threatened to take me to collections when I haven’t even been presented with a bill nor was the job ever completed. Beware folks!

I called and asked for an estimate to change four locks, two doors. I was told $ 100, but they would come take a look and give me a price. I asked if he could come out on Saturday, he said he would have to send out a weekend technician. We ended up agreeing on an evening appointment that day, it was perfect for him. When the two technicians arrived I wanted to confirm the $ 100 price given over the phone. Robert said he couldn’t tell until he took the locks apart and looked at them. Really? He told me I could just pay the $ 50 service charge for driving out. I pointed out there was no mention of a service fee on the phone. I ended up having them change the locks, it took an hour to change four locks. The two argued with each other while they were working at their van, not professional at all. When I asked what method of payment, I was told cash only. Don’t you think you should have mentioned that on the phone? I asked if I could give some advice and was told no, people try to offer advice every day, they don’t need it. There is a reason people are trying to offer advice! I wanted to tell them to be upfront about fees and that they only accept cash. Robert was rude, I know I irritated him with my questions/​comments about his business practice, but apparently he has never heard the old adage «the customer is always right».

They hurried to my house and solved the problems in the shortest possible time. I was very glad to get my work done very quickly. They do repair locks or replace it and also install the new locks.

I had to get several of my locks repaired or replaced. Then I came to know that Cantrell Napa Locksmith. Then I visited them and ordered. They were very amiable with me and did the job very fast. I also bought a new lock and key which was astonishing in design and nice to look at.
