I walked into the store at 10:15. No other customers were in the store. 2 associates at the cash wrap and neither acknowledged me. I looked around for about 10 minutes and still no one acknowledged me. After I picked out items to try on I asked to be let into a fitting room. A young lady only said one word to me «yes» she opened the door and walked away. At this point I was done. I turned around, handed her the items and told her I was leaving. Still no response. Hard to tell if it was bad customer service or if it was because I’m a woman of color. I walked across the street and spent my hard earned money at J Crew where I was acknowledged as soon as I walked in, and received excellent customer service. I was looking to buy a outfit for a work meeting. I bought 2 at J Crew and I have the pleasure of choice. I will NEVER EVER shop Calvin at this location.

Love coming here when I’m in napa. They always have a pretty good selection. Customer service is helpful and they have super deals! Adriana is always very helpful when she’s there.

In comparison to other CK outlets, this one seem to be more organized and less chaotic. They do have a much better inventory as well. I’ve found that the merchandise was more appealing versus other locations.
The prices are appealing as well. They are low enough to be considered outlet pricing. You’ll definitely walkout with great savings.

Hit or miss here. If the year’s styles fit me then great, if not, I tend to get nothing. This year skinny jean styles which don’t work for me, so I left empty handed. I will say that the woman that helped me was so super nice. She checked on me and brought me some other sizes, etc. The store is neat and tidy. The racks tend to be pretty packed so sometimes it is hard to dig through them. They have a men’s section too!

Today I went into Calvin Klein to look around, and to get an application. I am 16 years old, and the service that they provided me with was much much better than the service at at Banana Republic and Tommy Hilfiger. They immediately asked me if I needed any help, but not in a fake way. So when buying a wallet I asked for an application and April (the lady helping me was very friendly and gave me one). Since then i have turned in my application and am waiting to hear from them! :) I hope I get the chance to work as a Calvin Klein team member and help the brand continue their success. I cant wait!

I don’t know why I’ve never given this store much attention before. I was visiting the outlets for a day of shopping with friends and we made this our last stop of the day to just check it out. 4 Stars for the underwear selection. 2 stars for the overall clothing assortment, but that is just because it’s not really my type of clothing. I am now a big fan of their bras and underwear. They are super comfortable and cute! Sales staff was super friendly and the store looked nice and tidy. Can’t wait to come back again.

Pretty wide selection here, and of course, sales on top of the outlet prices. Store was neatly kept, and the workers here were nice. Friends left with great purchases here, definitley would come back.

Nothing warms my cold, thrifty heart more than a good sale.
Calvin Klein had a 50−80% off !! I’m talking about a beautiful, luxurious camel-​colored, down-​feather long coat for $ 60. Pants for $ 20 (in neutrals and leopard rowr!), sweaters and long sleeves for $ 10 and under. I just about melted in a puddle and gone to retail heaven. I ended up getting a beautiful black sequin cardigan and a sparkly, gold cowl-​neck long sleeve for $ 17 total (after the $ 5 off coupon you can get through text). My bf’s mom got a wallet thingamabob for $ 4. Not to mention, the salespeople were super sweet and helpful! Probably the cheeriest salespeople we encountered in our thorough hunt across the Napa outlet.
Honestly, we left with the biggest, cheesiest grins on our faces like we just won the lottery or discovered the Americas or something. CK, though your shirts tend to play peekaboo my bra color, I’d gladly gladly come back and fill my closets with you!

Big fan of CK, but the selection at department stores just sucks! If you have the patience to be selective, to take your time, try things on, then this could be the place for you to steal a few deals. However, if you love to grab a pair of jeans off the rack, take them home and expect them to fit. You have another thing comin to you. The deals are not nearly as attractive as across the parking lot at the KC store, but they are good enough to keep me searching. I want to love the dress pants and jeans, but I just hate HATE the tapered leg look. Nothing says nice friggin pants bro like a pair that grabs on to your ankle and prevents you from showin off your fly new kicks. I found a pimp ass jacket for a steal the other day and a nice pair of jeans as well, but again, it took a few trips to the dressing room to find the pair that fit. In the end, it’s a great spot.

They actually have clothes that fit my obnoxious body. So if your short, wide but not fat this is the place for you. All of this without breaking the bank. If you are thinking the selection is limited, that is not the case. It’s definitely worth a stop, especially if you are in the area.

A lot of the men’s clothes here are kinda tacky. I couldn’t find any of the more upscale Calvin Klein product just a bunch of the «CK» type stuff.
One plus is that they carry the same underwear that the department stores carry but, here, it is always on sale. As is the loungewear.

I’m taking my best friend to an Opera later this month and I had no clue what to wear to one, she suggested a button down shirt. When I told her I also had no clue as to where to get one she told me to go to Calvin Klein, and so I did.
The place has a feel to it, one I cannot place. Everything is extremely well organized and well placed. Not much browsing is to be had as you can see most of the store but just turning your head, that said I managed to miss the sale racks by a mile. The selection is overall low being a Calvin Klein store but they had something that not only I liked but fit the bill really well. Everything is rather pricy but I had a pleasant surprise when the shirt I wanted rang up about $ 10 cheaper than the tag read; must’ve been a sale I wasn’t aware of.

When CK has a sale… it is really a sale! I found the most adorable jeans for my daughter at 70% off. I purchased jeans and a fab sweater for the «not really my boyfriend, but you took me to the airport» guy… also at 70% off! Am too thrilled!

The thing I like about Calvin Klein is that his clothes are always timeless. Very simple styles, fabrics, that look good on anyone, and you will never get sick of. This was the only store in this entire outlet mall that I enjoyed being in. Things were well organized, I didn’t have to dig through stuff to find a «gem», and the salespeople were friendly. They had so really great shirts, and of course undergarments. Such a steal too!!! the prices they’ve slashed it down to are incredible.
