Love this place. My boyfriend and I come to play pool at least once a week and it’s a great atmosphere with fun music. Weekends get busy but we’ve never had to wait for a table to open up.

Billcos is a great hang out spot and their prices are affordable. I have played pool several times here and little did I know that their food would be tasty. I ordered a cheeseburger and fries, which was only $ 6 & it was worth it. I would definitely go back for their food.
I like this place except for the fact that it smells like a pack of cigarettes.

The food was great and the service is excellent!!! Best turkey sandwich in a long time. Bobby was a great and quick when your ordered your food.

After being in Napa and going to all of the wineries where even native French speakers may have some difficulty pronouncing some of the made up wine names like Sanenderf or Gulilolica, you may want to go to a place where you can chill. This is that place. A very expansive selection of beers (lots of IPAs, but not too many) is present here. The pool and darts are a fun way to enjoy your evening without having to spend 15 bucks on a glass of marginal wine across the street. People were cool there too. The next day, you will be ready for more wine.

1 star experience. 4 star beer. I loved this place until the bartender girl thought I was drunk and «forgot» to bring me change for $ 20 on 1 beer. I called her on her nonsense and she brought it to me. No tip, for that of course. I like this place, but the shady bartender girl trying to steal my change pissed me off. Fire her and you get 4 stars.

Horrible service. I’m from out of town and would NOT recommend. Bar is full of older men very rude to non-​locals. Manager is a sassy woman who might seem hot from afar but is an absolute tank, they took our 3 full beers away at midnight on a Saturday because they decided to close early. Manager just wanted to go home, terrible establishment plenty of better bars in downtown napa that welcome out of towners here for the weekend

As a tourist, I initially wanted to go wine tasting. However, sunset came faster than expected and I ended up here.
They have a lot of pool tables, service is great and –of course– the wine was also nice.
We kind-​of did beer tasting, where I pointed at some of the funniest taps and ordered this one. A very nice alternative to wine tasting:)

I was at Billco’s in Napa, last night. I found out that on Wednesday’s you can get a beer with hamburger & french fries for only $ 10.00! That’s not the only good part — it is really a tasty good burger & long, hot fries! What a deal. Burger comes w/​sliced onions, tomatoes & lettuce — no extra charge. Crazy thing is, I was unaware Billco’s even had a kitchen. There is literally 2 – 3 booths in there and maybe 3 – 4 small tables, for eating customers to sit. You could sit at their very crowded bar or find a spot up against the window wall with a counter & stools.

Was not overly impressed with the place. As advertised, there are a ton of billiards tables and a ton of different beers on tap, but the atmosphere was just really lacking. However, if beer selection is the most important thing in a bar for you, this is your place. There is A LOT. The bartenders weren’t rude, but they were definitely not what you’d call friendly either.
Seating is pretty limited aside from the bar counter because there are sooooo many pool tables. Darts are also available.
The biggest disappointment was that my girlfriend and I like to mess with the jukeboxes and we picked this place to try specifically because it had a jukebox that you could request songs with on your phone. They had a jukebox that seemingly worked, but when we purchased plays for it, nothing actually played. Turns out one of the bartenders had her iPod hooked up to the speakers instead playing really bad jams like «Tell me when to Go». Boss must not have been there. The jukebox still can play music even when nobody’s requested anything, so there’s really no reason to have the jukebox unplugged.

The beer selection is great, that’s all you need to know. Multiple selections from Stone, Lagunitas, and other local breweries. Also a pool hall, I heard.

Was a nice place until the bartender started an argument with me about a conversation she was not involved in. While watching the Alabama/​LSU game the other bartender started to turn the channel and we requested to leave it on the game (we came in for the game and were the only people watching the tv from the start of the game with no other patrons in the bar). Another patron came up to the bar and apologized for causing an issue for requesting a change to the nba game. The same bartender made the comment that it was no problem and there were a lot of crazies out, meaning us. Horrible customer service can really make the visit miserable. This was disappointing as we came two nights in a row and the second night will keep us from ever coming back.
In addition to the poor service from both bartenders the beer menu was out of date. We tried to order 4 beers before we got to one that actually was available. When we asked about the out of date menu we were told to «just look at the taps.»
We did order some food. Fried bar food. Fries were soggy, chicken strips were good and onion rings were burnt. 3 of 5 on food from a bar food scale.

Come on Billco’s! You have so much potential here!
Take out some of those pool tables and get yourselves some more seating! I’m sure a few more tables people can actually sit and drink at will generate a lot more money for you than $ 6 an hour pool tables.
Great beer selection! By far the best in town and that is why we will keep coming back BUT they never have an up to date tap list, which is frustrating…
We go to Billco’s for what it is, a great place for a beer in a casual, grungy bar setting!

Large dive in downtown Napa. It’s one of those places you walk in and (if you’re like me), you feel like you belong. There’s a bagillion beers on tap, a patio for lizard lounging, and a bunch of pool tables. The bartender recommended some German– axe like ale for me and it was delicious!

Being a craft beer lover and in town for work, I decided to check this place out after seeing their extensive tap list online.
I walked in and the limited seating they had was full — around the bar and the few regular tables in the corner, so I opted for a bench with a mini table.
I went to order my beer and was disappointed to find their tap list was not current online and they had no written tap list, and I couldn’t see the taps from behind the bar and customers so I didn’t get a full idea of what they had. The bartender didn’t seem too happy I was asking a lot of questions either, but she was nice enough.
I ordered a grilled cheese and my beer and my food came out quickly. Nothing too exciting for non-​meat eaters on the menu but I do remember it was cheap.
If they kept their tap list up to date, this would be a fun place to come to play pool with friends, but not really a stop in and have one by myself kind of place.

Great service! Made me feel like I was back at home! Wade and the rest of the staff have great personalities! Fun to be around. Great beer selection!

— I’m pretty sure this is NOT tourist bar, so it’s great spot to meet the local people and charm them with your East Coast ways ;)

After 4 years of living in Napa, we finally «discovered» this place one night when we were hungry and nothing was open.
We came in on a Thursday night, it was packed (though there were still a few pool tables available). They fed us $ 2 tacos which Isaiah (cool dude!) made– the tortilla was handmade and made me a special spicy fried chicken sandwich that’s not on the menu. What! We totally looked like tourists too and this place screams locals only. But still, they were super nice to us, which makes me think they are just friendly folks to everyone who stops by-​so that’s totally awesome. In addition to the $ 2 tacos, they also had a live dude belting out classic rock with a guitar in a corner. So that was nice. We played pool for an hour and got out of there for under $ 50. So two awesome beers, entertainment, food, and activity for under $ 50! Where do you find that in Napa?!!
Anyway, we came back on a non-​Thursday evening (still looking like tourists) and still the same nice staff. The main different was that it was a lot quieter since there wasn’t live music, the food and beer cost more (though still cheap by Napa standards) but we still got out of there for under $ 50. We played longer because it was a chiller environment. The one thing that’s a bummer was that there’s only music when someone puts in money in the jukebox. I donated $ 5 to the cause and was rewarded with 12 continuous classic rock music. Paying did not kill me, but it would have been nice to have some kind of music automatically playing just for the ambiance. But hey, if my $ 5 is what’s gonna keep this awesome place open, then I’ll gladly pay it.

Walking in from the parking lot, I expected this place to be very «hole in the wall“ish. And while it has that vibe, the large space and numerous pool tables provides a great and welcoming atmosphere.
As a beer lover myself, this place had such a wide selection of beers on tap, it was hard to choose one! For the beer not so lovers or the gluten intolerant, they do have angry orchard and a few other hard ciders… or just stick to pool!
I’m not a huge pool player, but with the right group of people to hang out with, this is a great place for people to hang out.
