Aggressive Carpet Care

I have used this carpet service 4 times now & I have no complaints. They show up on time & do a very nice job. Very informative & thorough. I always remember them by they were the first in the phone book.

I can’t say enough about this company. Mr. Hall was extremely polite, prompt and my carpets looked as good if not better than the day I moved in 2 years ago. I have 2 children and accidents happen.
His price was very reasonable especially since he did such a fabulous job. I would recommend to anyone without hesitation.

I called for an appointment, they were very nice on the phone and provided a very low quote. Unfortunately they didn’t show up. I never heard from them again so I called Stanley Steamer (they were great).

Aggressive Carpet has been cleaning our carpets for at least 10 years at our business and our home as well as some of our emploees homes, not one of us has had any complaint about quality promptness or attitude. I would recomend them to any of our customers! as for Irene I think she’s just mad at the world. sorry Irene.

My mother and I used this business and Jerry and Jon (the owner and son) came out to clean the carpet. They did a horrible job and were there for a total of 15min. from beginning to end. they cleaned the carpets like a quick vacuum job going every where instead of straight lines and going really fast, instead of slow. Even the painters that were there said that they weren’t there long and they did a bad job. They were suppose to clean a big room, a living room, and a hall way. When they were done the carpet still looked dirty and we told them that the vinyl floors were new and the son kept on putting steam on the new vinyl floors. we asked them if they had anything stronger to clean the carpet and they said they don’t use chemicals they are all natural. For one their name is aggressive carpet cleaning, not environment friendly, and two it doesn’t say anywhere in their ads that they don’t use chemicals. My mother tried to get them to come back and clean the rug right or refund our money, but the owner wouldn’t agree to anything and basically said too bad. We used my aunts store bought rug cleaner and you would not believe how dirty the water was and how clean the carpets looked after wards. That just went to show that this place is a rip-​off and they didn’t do their job right. They could’ve at least offered to come back out, but the owner wouldn’t even do that.
