they don’t deserve a star. they are so rude and overpriced. they once did a fantastic job and now they only hire unlicensed and bored workers. i want my nails a certain length, they tell me it’ll be extra, then i want a certain design, that’ll be extra. the length i wanted is butchered down to my normal nails and the gorgeous ‘design’ is made up of a few stickers. they tell me they can’t do my design because my nails aren’t ‘long’ enough (wonder why!?); and tell me their version will be better. disgusting.

— place is clean
— several nail specialists are good (regular nail, not acrylic)
— hours of operations and price of service
Cons:
— even if you schedule an app you will have to wait 30 — 60 min
— some nail specialists do a horrible job
— when they finding that i am not doing acrylic nails– manicurists acting not happy and almost like i have to beg for a service)
— price is fluctuates (same mani could be $ 5 – 8 difference)

Where is no star option!!! The lady that did my nails was HORRIBLE! I have never been so unhappy with nail salon ever. The water i soaked my nails in was so hot, the polish job was so unbelievably bad that I still have no words. When I asked the lady to fix the polish that was all stained on the sides, she yawned and looked so reluctant. Victoria Nail and Spa really needs to hire people who actually have legit license. I am never coming here again and I hope people read the review and decide not to come.
