Do not go to this store! Our salesperson NICK lied to us and 100% assured us we could return the mattress and boxspring if we were not happy with the product. Well low and behold our 3k boxspring is not returnable! We hate the mattress sags in the middle and has a gap on how it sits on our bed frame. Store manager promised Nick would call me back numerous times but to no avail. Do not support this store! Do not buy these products! They are unprofessional and horrible customer service. I am now working with local news team to do a story on their sales team and gimmicks. I never spent time to write reviews but please trust me do not go to this store and support these way overpriced products!

Great product. Customer Service and buying experience abysmal. I purchased a sleep number bed over the TG Holiday. We received a call about delivery about 1 week later. We were given 1 day for delivery and a specific time. When we could not accommodate the delivery detail the CSR was rude and promised a call back in 24 hours. After that NEVER OCCURRED I CALLED Customer Service. After 2 dropped calls I reached a person who promised a warm hand off to Delivery. The CSR was not able to reach a person but promised a call back within 24 hours. After that never occurred I send an email to the Chairman elevating my concerns. Within 24 hours I got a call with a Flip apology. They called my wife to arrange delivery. The delivery date is 4 weeks out. Extremely disappointing customer service. My concern now is the bed has a 25 year warranty. Doubtful Sleep Number will be in business
