Sam’s Window Tinting

I was recommended to use Sams Window Tinting. I made an appt. I confirmed the appt. They called me to confirm appt again. I arrived 30 minutes early. The appt was for 11am and I was told that it would be completed by 2pm. The workers never showed up. At 1:15pm I was told the workers are coming and I would be finished by 2pm. The reason I went to Sams was because I wanted a professional job. I didn’t mind paying more. I didn’t want a rush job. I left at 1:30pm. They are overpriced but I figured you pay for what you get. Not in this case. I went to my original place in Brooklyn. It was worth the commute. Professional job and on time. I can’t believe how SAMs wasted my time. Unprofessional establishment. I would never recommend anyone to go there. Can’t believe I saved $ 100 by going to Brooklyn and the job was done right. Should have went there first!!!
