First time to tried this place and feel unpleasant from the front desk until the food. I really excited to go there at first but the hostess she gave me an attitude at first to gave me the seat that no one sit around and then I asked for change it. She ok with a little bored face. Food was not impressed and the garnish on the top of my food was old veggies! The waiter seems to be ok but need to less chat and more attention to customers it would be nice.

I have to agree with many of the other reviews. The food at this location is really good, but I have encountered several issues each time that I have visited. On two visits in a row they were out of the food that I wanted to order. I’m not sure who does the wholesale orders for this place, but they need to be demoted. The last time I visited multiple parts of my order were wrong. The waiter did a good job fixing it eventually, but he did disappear on us for a while and we waited a really long time for dessert. This has been the only PF Changs that I have ever had an issue in and it bewilders me why every time that I come to this PF Changs I have multiple issues. I doubt that I will be returning.

This restaurant is the definition of good food and horrible service and that is an extremely bad thing. Due to the fact that when they bring your food out. They forget to bring out your silver wear with your food and all what the waiters do their is chit chat and I noticed a couple at the next table where saying the same thing. If you want to go to PF Changs. Go to the one at Riverside

Visited this location for lunch with a colleague from work visiting Rockland county. It was MAYBE8 people dining as well. The service was STILL slow. Had to ask the young lady to check on our food. Last time I was at this location it was super crowded so I was more understanding but this time no excuse… just ridiculous! I order the same thing each time and I always enjoy it but they have to hire people that move with a sense of urgency… people are hungry!

All in all, I think Chang’s is expensive, so lately we have been getting take out, especially when they have a 20% off deal. I love the hot and sour soup and all of their meat dishes. The bride goes for the chicken lettuce wraps and shrimp with candied walnuts. The food is really a 4, but the staff drops the rating. It is amazingly uneven at different locations, and the front of the house must have very high turnover because they are always training and have limited knowledge. And I’m only getting takeout! Online orders are never packed with the service items you check off online but added when your food comes to the desk. Then you wait while it cools for someone to bring condiments, etc. NJ locations are worse than Chicago, too. Go figure!

Wow, just an awful experience all around. I came here for lunch on a quiet weekday afternoon, very few people in the restaurant. We sat down and waited a good 15 minutes for our server. There were two failed attempts to get the attention of another server we saw(he clearly noticed us waving him down but ignored us I presume because we weren’t in his section). At that point I suggested we just leave but instead my husband went to ask the hostess if we could get service and finally a woman arrived to take our order. Honestly, we would have been better off walking out at that point. Despite the low number of patrons, it took a very long time for the food to come out. When the dishes finally arrived there were problems with both orders. We pointed this out to the waitress but she chose to argue with us instead of apologizing and taking care of the issues. My husband’s cashew chicken had zero cashews. ZERO. Even though he moved the food around to show the waitress they were missing she said she saw the chef put them in the food! So frustrating! The food was overcooked and the problems with the service made for a very frustrating lunch. By the time the check came we were so desperate to get out of there and get back to work we dug around for enough cash to leave on the table instead of waiting for them to charge our credit cards. I suppose the only silver lining here is that I had been meaning to suggest this place for one of our team lunches at work – obviously now I know not to suggest P.F. Chang’s. I guess I took one for the team. On the way out the manager loudly commented to the hostess«We need to get this restaurant CLEAN.» Big emphasis on the«clean.» Not words one wants to hear when leaving a restaurant.

Drinks came too slow and all the while the waitress was trying to rush our food despite my trying to slow her down. That’s not the right combination. I ended up cancelling our drinks. Oh boy. I still love the food but the service is not what it was. The place is not busy but I ordered iced tea and despite asking it took 10 minutes to get the sweetener. The staff is friendly but the service is slow. Why? I love this place and find service better on busy nights. Please fix this. It’s been fixed! The wait staff is on point and service is terrific. The new menu items are excellent and I think they’ve upped their game. Bravo!!!

We ordered our food online for pick up — 2 Orange Chicken, 1 Mongolian Beef, 1 Changs Chicken, GF Fried Rice, GF sauces and fortune cookies! The Food was just OK. The portions were small, much smaller then when dining in. I was a bit disappointed that the gluten free soy sauces and fortune cookies were not in the bag with our food. They were however written on the order print out. When I called PF Changs seeking a solution to our sauce and cookie issue, I spoke to a young woman, Nicole. She was extremely rude and hung up on me without saying goodbye, or asking if there was anything else. Im so tired of this being the«norm» in customer service these days. I will be writing a more formal complaint to the restaurant manager and their corporate office.

I have enjoyed meals at PF Changs all over the country and I just don’t understand what’s going on at this location… which is the closest to my home. I was quite happy to learn of its opening, but after several visits here, I don’t think I’ll be going back. It’s like they are using different recipes… or not training the cooks correctly. I ordered their specialty… Chang’s Spicy Chicken… but it was unrecognizable! It had a thick, gloppy horrible tasting sauce on it. When I complained to the waitress, she argued with me that it was the right dish. I asked for the manager who took one look and said«That’s not right» and took it away. A few minutes later, I got something that looked better, but still wasn’t right. Another time, I ordered simple Chicken Fried Rice takeout. My kids wouldn’t eat it… large clumps of white rice completely unfried throughout and it tasted awful. These are just a couple of examples… it happened every time I’ve been there. Such a shame. I’m a member of their frequent diner club and I wish I didn’t have to write this… but action needs to be taken. I think corporate needs to send in some quality control people… and soon!

Gave these guys 2 chances. I was severely disappointed both times. Employees do not seem to care or take pride in their work. My girlfriend ordered egg drop soup and the waitress brought miso soup. Then the waitress argues that it was egg drop soup. It took a long time to get waited on. It took a long time for food to come out. The 2nd time it was actually cold. It was a 2 hour experience and we had to demand the check. I’ve been to other PF Changs that were great. Stay away from this one though. Management and the employees just don’t seem to care.

Horrible To-go experience. Was not given two items that were ordered(one was just the little rice that comes with one of the other dishes that I had ordered) and they even insisted that they personally saw it being packed. Thus inferring that I must have stolen it. Unbelievable. Also had to wait 40 extra minutes from the time my order was suppose to be ready. Took a total of 1 hr 40 mins from time of order until getting the food. Three other costumers waiting for their orders were really annoyed also because it was taking so long for their orders to come too. Dine-in service is usually pretty good. To-go service needs serious improvements.

I really like PF Changs but I’m giving this location and then you went two stars. The reason for that is the front desk is a complete mess no one greets you correctly no one cares when you going to a restaurant to spend money they should be kissing your ass. You’re there to spend money. Even the food comes out bad. I really like iChangs but this location needs to get its act together.

To see a bartender snap at customer even if the customer is wrong is just plain bad. We went to this location on a day when it was packed and received much better service. The drinks are delicious but when you have a empty glass in front of you for 15 min and there are only 2 other customers that’s just plain lazy. We would have had more food and drinks but when you feel like more of an annoyance than a anything it makes you wanna grab the check and run. Please work on the staff here a smile and an «I’ll be right with you» goes a long way.

So I visited this location last Saturday and had an awesome experience! As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a very friendly hostess and it felt genuine. Far from robotic like many other restaurants I’ve visited in the past. My wait time was less than a minute and the waiter appeared almost immediately. This location is a fairly God size and the lighting and music were set just right. Not too loud and not too dark. Nobody wants to feel like they’re eating in a cave. I ordered the Mongolian beef and shrimp and it was brought to my table within 15 minutes. My waiter checked up on my friend and I many times to make sure all was well and even brought napkins after I spilled soda all over myself –_– but other than that I had a great time lol. I’d definitely recommend this location. It’s very low key and the service was excellent!

If it was possible to give less than one star, I would. On two separate occasions I have ordered take out, only to arrive in the time advised and be told«it was not ready», and had to wait an additional 20 minutes and longer. The manager Justin could not have possibly been more inept, or rude when I brought this to his attention. The food was cold, and barely edible. Avoid this location at all costs! The White Plains location may be a bit of a ride, however well worth it.

I don’t think there’s anything super special about PF Changs. It tastes like Chinese take-out to me, which is fine, because I like take-out, but if you want to feel like doing something besides sitting home on the couch eating Chinese food, it’s a good option. Their drinks are tasty and the décor is lovely. I like going for their super cheap lunch specials. Portions are large overall, which I was surprised by.

We have been to several other PF Chang locations which where fine. Dined at Nanuet location. Saturday Oct. 24 Service:waiter drops 3 plates on edge of table but doesn’t place in front of people. After asking three times he finally brings place settings but just drops at edge of table. At conclusion of meal we asked for a take out container. comes to table holding container with his fingers inside container. Then proceeds to pick up plate with his thumb on food we wanted to put into container. Needless to say we didn’t take food with us The food was not as good as local take out. Advice: AVOID … there are plenty of places in the area that actually care about your dinning experience

I would definitely suggest heading to the other restaurants in the mall area. Patsy’s and Zinburger are far and away better than this place… Will not go back!

Went for team lunch. The food was really good. I guess they had a new server who happened to drop coconut drink on one of my colleague but to compensate they gave us dessert on their tab. Still a room for the service to improve. I would recommend this place for lunch.

One of my biggest complaints towards this restaurant is the price of the food absolutely does not reflect the quality that I received. First and foremost the service was slow. Not only did the food take 20 minutes to come out, it took the waiter ten minutes just to come and see us for the first time. The waiter seemed inattentive and bored. When the food came out I was surprised by the small portion size for the appetizer. We ordered the chicken satay and it only had 3 pieces of chicken. I ordered the Kung pao shrimp which was serviceable. It fairly reflected the price and was tasty. However, the lack of quality service and the price will definitely keep me from coming back to this restaurant.

I’ve always been a big fan of P.F. Chang’s food, especially the beef and broccoli which is insanely good. The lunch specials offer pretty solid deals and I went with Chang’s spicy chicken with fried rice this time. It was enjoyable, but not spicy at all. Definitely not a bad option, but the beef and broccoli is a better one. Aside from the food, the service at this location is not great: very friendly but slow and inaccurate.
