I grew up on fresh kielbasa, my family made our own and it was a staple. Once my pop became too frail to make it my brother found this place. Now it is like eating the food of my youth. Buy it fresh, smoked, sticks, extra garlic or dogs(available in summer months) it is all amazingly good and even lean. I live in Syracuse and we get it from my brother who lives close and when we are in the area. Everyone is super friendly when you walk in and it is tough to limit my selections when there. Bake or grill the fresh and you will be hooked.
