I have shopped at lane Bryant for many years now. Their product is typically more expensive, but also typically great quality. The customer service, at one time, matched the expectation of a more expensive woman’s clothing store. That is no longer the case. I may as well be shopping at Walmart. Not once did an associate ask if they could get me a room. There were 2 associates and 3 customers in the store. Not once did they ask to check on sizes. It’s no wonder I find more and more of my dollars being spent on Amazon and few $$ spent at a retail location.
