I’ve been to many Dunks around the country and New England. By far the Nahant DD is the most friendly and efficient. Manager Mjchelle and her team seem to remember every regular customers order and she and her team are so nice. It’s a pleasure to start my day there. Much more like a neighborhood diner than an impersonal chain. Keep up the good work guys!

I ordered an Oreo Iced Coffee and the worker gave me an oreo coolata. I told her that was incorrect and then she gave me a plain iced coffee, wrong again. Then she gave me a black cocoa crème coffee, wrong again. There were about 12 customers behind me and the cashier kept taking orders. I was so fed up and requested my money back and left with no beverage. I was not offered anything else or comped for the mess up drinks. There was no manager present and the workers were understandably frazled. My sister got a coolata and there was barley any ice in it and beyond sweet. Very dissapointed and almost want to go to honey dew or a local coffee shop.
