Word of Advice: DO NOT EVER stay at the Californian Apartments in Nacogdoches. After spending a miserable 1 and one half years of living there; spending weeks without A/​C in the heat of summer, cleaning two different apartments FOR THEM and doing constant repairs on a falling down facility, having my car hit in the parking lot for which they «DONT HAVE CAMERAS», having neighbors who harass you, a constantly turning over-​staff who never know what is going on, millions of broken promises and finally a broken lease (ON THEIR PART) I finally moved out and after 5 MONTHS of waiting to get my deposit back they take half off in fees. They are crooks. dishonest and will steal more than your joy from you, they will steal your hard earned money. If you are reading this review and thinking, they are over-​exaggerating, think again. This will be you next.
