Texas Pro Bowl

Made big plans to go bowling with a group of 7 friends, walked in @ 11:15pm, all 7 of us were so excited to have a great night of bowling… One of the employees walked up to us and said «We quit selling games, we close in 30 minutes.» Not only were we hit with that bummer, he was totally rude about the whole situation. Which really put how they run the whole business into perspective. They just lost over $ 100 in business just because they didn’t want to serve us. Not to mention, the place is really gross, outdated and could use better management. Us 7 friends literally sat on the curb cause our plans had been struck down and out for the night. Dramatic, but true. Dear Texas Pro Bowl, don’t advertise that you stay open until 12 when don’t. You should have a «last call @ 11» or something. Horrible customer service. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced bad customer service. I would suggest bowling on your Wii before going to this place. At least the Wii isn’t rude to you.
