50’s motif… Great music… Really good food & large portions… Just what we wanted for a Saturday brunch.

This is a cute little diner, although I’m not a fan of 50s music or décor. Service was very good. My patty melt and hubby’s bacon/​BBQ burger were above average but probably not worth the money. Most of the menu was overpriced. Serving sizes of the fries and onion rings were quite small.

The food was very good! Simple to the point and cooked really well. The atmosphere is very nice and love that it is in Downtown Nac. I had the Parisian Omelet and it was great.

Been to Dolli’s three times now and the food has been very good. Ordered the chicken fried chicken with mash potatoes and veggies. They used a whole boneless chicken breast and it was probably the meatiest chicken fried chicken I have ever had. The burgers are very good. The best overall meal was probably the 3 pancake/​3 egg and bacon with hash browns breakfast. Very good also.
Five stars for the hard work and investment to make downtown Nac better. Dolli has been working every time I have been to Dolli’s or the General Store which she also runs. I really like the renovation of the building. More counter seats would have made it seem more like a «diner.» It’s maybe kinda misnamed as a diner kinda like the «General Store» isn’t really a general store.
The prices maybe a little high for a «diner» in Nacogdoches but the food is very good and everyone in my family liked their food as well. We’ll be back…

Well I was in the downtown visitor center, and it was time for breakfast. They sent me around the corner to dollies and it was a really clean looking place. Simple but very clean. The waitress was very helpful and Oso Texas polite. The menu had about everything on it for breakfast and lunch. I had a veggie omelet who it came with some home fried potatoes and one piece of toast. It was pretty average in the taters weren’t very warm. Flavor was alright. I’d be testing someplace else in town. Sorry dollies

Greatly enjoyed our experience here today for brunch– blueberry pancakes were great– sausage was good– eggs were good but not cooked exactly how I would have liked– they were a little undercooked so that’s why I didn’t give it 5 stars. Enjoyed the atmosphere as well!

I love the atmosphere here and the service is great. I’ve had quite a few different things for breakfast and have always been pleased. I would love a little spice to the chicken and waffles, but that’s an easy fix with Cholula.

I’m a big fan of breakfast foods, and I’m always on the lookout for a good place. This is not a chain, it’s open early, and thankfully the food’s good, too!
Big open space. Lots of 4-​tops. 3 daily specials that are a good value. Beyond that, the menu has omelettes, a few more breakfast plates, burritos, etc. I like the meaty omelette with chili on top. I haven’t had a burger yet, but from all accounts they seem pretty good.
Great service. The folks in here are always keeping your coffee hot and topped up, and the food gets out to you very quickly.

I love little places like this to decided tho give it a try. We went for breakfast and after hundreds of episodes of diners, drive thrus, and dives I decided to try the corned beef hash. It was pretty delicious, but I w wish it was a little more crispy. The eggs were perfectly cooked, but the potatoes were a tad undercooked. I would highly recommend this place good food and awesome vibe.

Amazing breakfast with delicious biscuits and pancakes!
There were three of us in our party and we all ordered breakfast, which is served all day. We ordered an omelet, the Country (sausage and biscuits) and the lumberjack (pancakes, eggs, potatoes and meat). The food was delicious, serving size was filling and we were happy with our experience.
Hannah, our server, was great with her witty humor! Will be back next time I’m in Nac.
