All I can tell you is that the level of customer service is amazing. I needed a new-to-me battery right before Christmas. I sent in a blind email at 9PM, and got a response from Lily in about 15 minutes. The yard was closed, but she offered to meet me or deliver it with her commercial deliveries. I got there late, and she even had her DAD drive down from his other business, just to let me in and make sure I had what I needed. She’s the example for customer service. And — thanks, Dad!
