Terrible customer service. Couldn’t get one part of a simple home delivery right. I spent over an hour on the phone trying to sort out the first scheduled delivery — then no phone call to advise of time, despite it being promised, and I had to rush home to meet the guy who had meantime already delivered to the wrong address and was then so rude I put him out of my house. Awful, sloppy, childish behavior. I cancelled after the one and only disastrous delivery. Wonder if they even figured that out yet. Impossibly unprofessional and incompetent. GOELSEWHERE.

I was there was a 0 star option. If you call their customer service, they have you push whatever number coincides with your issue. No matter what number you press you get directed to «billing», then they have to transfer you. I sat on hold for 55 minutes before hanging up and dialing again. Then sat on hold for 20 minutes. Hung up and called back the next day, hold for another 20 minutes. I called back and asked for a manager, I was on hold for 15 more minutes. I called back and asked to cancel my account, she said«I can’t do that, I’ll have to transfer you», and I’ve been on hod for 45 more minutes. I have been on hold for over 2 and half hours over the last 2 days. DONOTUSETHISCOMPANY, HEEDTHEWARNINGS!
