Not the best place, but for one of the only rinks in Miami it is acceptable, I guess. Some of the rules are lame and the staff sucks. Think of this as more of a do it yourself type of business because you won’t be getting any help from the staff. The crowded night is Saturday (Hip-​Hop night). I only come here because most of the time there are hot men and women close to my age, but that’s not always guaranteed since the crowd is mostly teens and parents. Overall I have to give it a good rating only because to in comparison to the only other rink in Miami this place is ok.

God forbid they see a ½ empty bottle of water in your purse. Wtf. Made me get rid of it.

Well let me give you a quick summary: should be zero stars, run down on all fronts, wouldn’t touch the food or drink for anything (the health department likely has not been here in years.). The staff is rude, likely due to the angry and surly female owner. We discussed opening a rink ourselves, we could put this place out of business in one week!

I’ve been going here on and off for better than 15 years. I’ve seen it crowded and I’ve seen it not crowded. Let’s face it, skating isn’t as popular as it once was.
That being said, you would think that the owner (s) and management would work a lot harder to draw people in. .
Before beginning my review I read all the other ones. I think it’s really sad to see so many bad reviews. But I believe each one. The management here obviously does not care about their customers. Ya know, word of mouth still works today — and it works both ways!
This is one of the worst run rinks I’ve seen anywhere. They hire unmotivated young adults as floor guards. Their floor guards aren’t even on skates. They walk around the rink like zombies or just stand in one spot. No customer interaction except to slowly walk toward an incident on the other side of the rink, which usually clears itself up before they’re halfway there!
The place is in need of some updates but it’s not in too bad a shape. Other than the management.
As of this writing they’re still working on expanding the exit doors so the fire marshal will increase the maximum occupancy again. (They only have one exit door??) But I seriously wonder if they even need that increase. I’m here on their cheapest night, Wednesday, and I count 26 people including myself.

This place is horrible they will have the police escort your kid out on the street even if they didn’t do anything they basically said they feel all the black ghetto kids get dropped off because the parents don’t care… my son was being chaperoned and they wouldn’t even let him tell his chaperone that they were kicking him out for having water on the floor and to make matters worse the police officer which was a female actually threatened to pull her weapon because my son kept asking for his chaperone he is only 13 years old DO NOT TAKE YOUR KID’S TO THIS LOCATION the one in Davie is much better and YES THE managers and owners are rude and since they are paying these off duty police they take orders like pets

Had my daughters birthday party there today, HORRIBLE service and the manager was very rude. I will never go back. They wanted to charge $ 5 for a pitcher of water. Broken water fountain with ants. Etc. too much to list. Stay away spend your money elsewhere.

AVOID this dump. The old woman (manager Kathy) is rude, crude and obnoxious. They do offer Wi-​Fi to their customers here but for the past 3 Saturdays she has denied access and gave the repeated and tired excuse of their network being down even though it shows up on my iPhone and simply requires a password. Additionally, a skater fell and broke her wrist and when she advised management I observed the management to be nonchalant, casual and SLOW to provide the bare minimum of ice. It appeared that they were much more concerned about getting a waiver signed for this incident!!! I also overheard one of the employees chuckling over the skaters broken wrist. Avoid offering your patronage here. I will also post this on Facebook and Tweet this epically foul occurrence!

This is your childhood roller rink. It looks very similar to when I skated here 20 years ago, but with some improvements. Large skate floor and the option of renting speed skates or rollerblades make this a fun time. There is a snack bar and small arcade here as well. They decorate for Halloween and Christmas and there are several tv’s with sports games on the weekends. I frequent here on Sundays and Wednesdays and rarely find a crowd. A good time for the entire family!

My sister and I brought my niece and nephew to skate on a Saturday morning because they offer special hours for beginners. When we got there the parking lot was empty, so my sister went in to ask if they were open, a woman with a large bandage on her nose answered,“yes, we’re opened if you want to skate”…with an attitude. It bothered us a little but we ignored the rudeness for the kids sake. When we finally made it inside we were IGNORED. I saw employees setting up for a birthday party and I know they saw us standing there in the doorway, and they still acted like we weren’t there. So we left with two disappointed children. I will never go back there.
