I just had a party here for my daughter today… They check your guests in and if they bring extra guests without you knowing and they try to pay the palace they do not allow them too. They then add them to your bill and tell them to pay the party parents their 10.00 per head. So IF people inform you that they have extra guests, you have to collect money from people which is completely awkward, uncomfortable and unprofessional on the Palaces end. And how many people even carries cash these days to begin with. And they sure you charge you tax and gratuity for these guests too. You also do not get all the food and drinks for the amount of people you will be charged for — and of course you do not know this until the party is over since you didn’t know you were being charged for them from the start. You will get charged 13.00 for each additional pizza and they will come back with little ceasars 5.00 hot and ready pizzas. Long story short, they advertise a 99.00 party and by the time you leave its over 300.00 because you just paid for people they allowed to add to your party without you even knowing.
