I love this place, the owner Dennis Hill
and the staff and members are friendly,
Inviting. It’s not a gym atmosphere
Yet you get a fantastic workout
And. Have fun at the same time!
I love the partner work that comes
At the end of the workout
If you have limitations they work
With you for alternative moves.
Also they helped with a clothing drive
I started for Domestic Violence Shelters
I came on a groupon deal and never left!
Want a great workout, friendly people

Awesome studio and fantastic kickboxing program. The instructors are friendly, very motivating (especially because they’re all super fit!) and very encouraging. This type of kickboxing is tough, but really an incredible workout.

I did a groupon deal. Good staff, good class, theres a lot of different things atvthis studio. I couldn’t really keep up but the place and people were great and warm and it was a great experience. I just might not be a kick boxing type girl but doesn’t mean I don’t appreciate their business!
