Bought some pre-made gnocchi. That was good. Tried some oil and it was weird, could have used some bread with it, or something. I’ve been oil tasting before and this time I left with a large stomach ache for days. Only had 1 ½ tsp in all too. The tequila lime vinegar was good. Don’t think I’ll be back for any oil.

Great place!!! We went in here with no expectations really. However we quickly were overcome with a wow experience. The owner was very knowledgeable. She also helped us find a great local place to eat. I will be revisiting this place when I am in the area.

With all the specialty oil and vinegar stores popping up, it takes a little something extra to make them distinct and worthy of purchases and repeat visits. Extra Virgin wins here for several reasons. The most important is that they sell their own oils that their owner infuses himself. This also helps keep the cost down or at least competitive. I also discovered — and bought — flavors here I have not yet seen elsewhere, particularly the Tomato Bacon Infused Oil. The pumpkin oil was quite tasty too. Places like this ensure I’ll rarely make a bland dinner at home any more.

Watch out — this place becomes addicting! The oils and vinegars are on the pricey side, but I justify spending my money here because we rarely, if ever, eat out, and we both enjoy healthy home cooked meals. The quality products here elevate home cooking and outdoor grilling to new levels. I must have Kalamata olive oil in the kitchen at all times, and am a big fan of the fruity flavored balsamics. A spinach salad with a little feta and a sprinkle of fig balsamic takes you right to Italy. I make all of our salad dressings and marinades at home from Extra Virgin products. The staff in the store happily give tastings and combine salad dressings for you, demonstrating their technique of mixing with a brush to fuse the blends. I just snip fresh herbs into a small jar, and follow the directions of one part oil to three parts vinegar, add some sea salt and pepper and shake the jar vigorously. Our current favorite is Avocado Cilantro oil and Tequila Lime vinegar with fresh chives and oregano. I’m going back for chestnut oil today, and plan to taste the new Pink Grapefruit vinegar for Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

My 3 daughters and visited this shop just before close yesterday. The owner was very welcoming and quickly explained the whole shop«experience» to us all. The reason this is important to me is that my girls range from 23 – 11 years old but are all«foodies», especially the 11 year old. They are certainly not your typical young ladies when it comes to flavor and pairings. He was so «in tune» with what both myself, and they, were interested in and made some outstanding suggestions based on our interest. We left with a terrific array of items. Tonight, we shared our discoveries with my husband, who unfortunately couldn’t be with us at the store, by making a fun little tasting dinner based on our purchases. It was a BIG hit and we will be returning soon. Special note, DONOTMISS the award winning chocolate chicken chowder! We were a bit apprehensive, but it won us over at our very first spoonful. Enjoy!

Sparsely decorated store with a selection of infused olive oils and vinegars. I got a chipolte-infused oil that adds some great spice and smokiness to steaks and pork and whatever else u want to use it for.

I’ll admit that I haven’t been to this shop in person, but I am a happy and proud owner of their habanero infused oil, which is just fantastic. It is clear that the owners of this local business put a lot of time, energy and thought into making quality products. I hope I make it down to the store in person soon(or at least before they run out of the habanero oil…)
