Top Dog Dumpster Rental

This is the worst company in customer service I have ever dealt with! We ordered a dumpster on a Saturday. We wanted it for Monday but they couldn’t have on until Tuesday so we were told it would be early in the morning. I called Tuesday at 10 and Austin told me it would be another hour, hour and a half tops. Called back again at 12 and was told they needed to contact dispatch. I waited an hour for them to call back before I called and Marquita just wanted to cut me off and talk over me. She could’ve cared less that my dumpster wasn’t here. I spoke to Supervisor Noelle and she said she would call me back. She confirmed I should’ve had it by noon. Around 3 I called back and Valerie was totally clueless and rude, those are understatements. I didn’t get my dumpster until after 6 pm. I spoke to Noelle the next day and asked for some of our money back for the inconvenience. The call got «dropped» and when I called back, she had stepped out of the office and Brent said she would call me back. It is now Thursday afternoon and I have yet to hear from anyone. This company does not care about the customer! Nobody ever called to update us on anything, we had to call every time. Don’t waste your money or your time.
